Chapter 1

Natalie and I just graduated highschool two weeks ago. We graduated with high honors and a good GPA. We always focused on our school work and weren't known to be party girls. We weren't bullied in school, but we were far from popular too. My twin brother Lance was the quarterback of the football team and I do believe he kept people from messing with Nat and I. So to celebrate us graduating highschool, I booked us a 10 day cruise to the Bahamas. It was the first time either one of us had went anywhere on our own. We would board the ship on Sunday and it would be our home for 10 days! To say I was nervous was an understatement. Nat and I decided to drive down a day early to make sure we were not late for our boarding time of 10am.
After driving for 5 and half hours, we both were so tired and ready to just relax at the hotel. Holiday Inn gave us a very good rate on a nice room for us graduating highschool. We reached the hotel about 3:15 that afternoon. Getting just our small bags out, we both just laid on the bed talking and planning our to do's at each port. We would stop at three ports in the Bahamas and two of them we will spend 2 days. Celebration Keys will be our first stop, we will only be there for one day. We plan to just go a little sight seeing and get a souvenir. The we will spend one day and a half in Bimini and two full days in Nassau. So we plan to do a little more stuff. We both have taken a good amount of money with us to make sure we are covered off the ship and for anything we may want on the ship that isn't free. Once we had our plans written down and was happy with our choices we ordered pizza for dinner. It took about 30 minutes for it to be delivered to our room. We ate up like some school girls for real. We went to bed early that night, excited about tomorrow morning.

I woke up before Ly did, but I decided to let her sleep in a little longer. I went got us coffee and some breakfast. She was sleeping so good she was snoring. I laughed and video her. I called her name "Ly you got to get up we have to get going soon". She jumped right up like she done missed the damn boat. A little startled are you? The look I got was a go eat shit with a smirk. We ate our breakfast and drunk our coffee before loading the small bags we had taken in the room. We made sure to have our passports, boarding passes and our ID's in our carry on bags. I was driving us to the boarding port this morning, while Ly made sure we had all our shit in order. We stayed 6 minutes from the port so it didn't take long before we seen the biggest ship we had ever seen sitting there juat waiting to be our home for the next 10 days counting today. The both of us was in awe over what we seen. Pulling into the parking lot, we just followed traffic to the gate. We paid for our parking and found us a parking spot closet we could to the terminal. After we got all our stuff out and locked the car up, a goft cart pulled up to get us and our stuff. Not minding the help we gladly hopped on the cart and enjoyed the little ride. They took our big suit cases and we made our way into the customs building. We had to go through metal detectors and they had K9 dogs walking around. It was a crazy scene for two young ladies. Once we made it to the counter where we showed our borading passes and passports we were able to start our walk up the ramp to board the ship.
As we walked through the door into the ship we were amazed at what we seen. The inside of this ship was beautiful. There sat a staircase that was grand and beyond beautiful. They said we couldn't go to our staterooms till 1pm but we could go to deck 11 for food and fresh air. We used the elevators to the 11th deck. Walking out those doors it was pure magic. Pools, hot tubs, music, people every where trying to give you drinks. When I say drinks i mean alcohol drinks! Ly and I went to the buffet area and found us a seat. There was so much food to choice from in front of us. We still had about a hour and half before we could go to our rooms, so we went ahead and dug into some food.

I could not believe what I was seeing when we walked onto this ship. It was huge and beautiful. I could not wait to explore the whole thing. While Nat and I were eating I noticed a whole group of guy's that had to be around our age. Look like they was on a trip to celebrate something as well. I would say there were about 15 of them. And some of them were sexy as hell. I couldn't believe I was even looking at them and thinking like that. Nat noticed my eyes wondering and laughed out loud. "Oh they are fine fine" she said out loud! I was a little embarrassed but this trip was to cut loose and have one hell of a time. We continued to eat and sit there till we could go to our stateroom. We would be on deck 6 with a balcony. I wanted to be able to sit outside watching the water and whatever else I could see. It was now 1 pm and they made the announcement that staterooms were ready and eveyone started making their way to their rooms. We used the stairs this time to make our way down to our room. We found our room and lord behold that group of guy's were staying at the one end of the hall. Our room was R109 in the middle of the boat on the outside. My face turned red when the one guy smiled my way. I had no idea why I felt butterflies in my stomach at that moment.
After getting in our room and unpacking our suitcases, we both laid down on our beds and let out a big breath. The ship would set sail at 4pm today and we wanted to be on the top deck to watch. So we began getting dressed in our little cute out fits, done our makeup and hair. About 3:45pm we headed up to Deck 15 to watch our celebration start. We used the elevator to Deck 13, but had to walk the outside staircase to Deck 15. Getting us some chairs and sitting at the front as close as we could we talked and laughed. About 4pm we watched the ground people untie the stable ropes and the ship was ready to set sail. Jumping out our skin when the horn blow twice was pretty funny to the people around us. Not realizing we were just feet from the ship horn we had the scare of our lives. Deciding to stay up top and watch as we sailed out of the canal, we had yet another scare. The bridge up ahead looked like we was gonna hit it. Nat and I grabbed each other in pure disbelief, realizing last minute that the ship would clear it by inches it seemed. The ship crew clearly thought this was funny to mess with people. Watching the ship go up the canal was peaceful and reality set in this would be our home for 10 days.
Natalie's P.O.V
Ly I thought our lives were fixing to end, right here on this ship. We both busted out laughing after I said that. What are we gonna do till dinner? I do believe we need to go find the dining hall, so we will know where to be at 6:30.
Ly agreed and we set off on our ship tour. Finding maps and looking at where we were and which way to go to get to where we needed to be was confusing and fun. We laughed, and people looked at us like we were just absolutely crazy. We finally figured out which way to go and headed that way.
