Elana may seem weak with her bosses but my experience has shown me that women have a difficult time getting the recognition they deserve in a male dominated workplace and are sometimes treated poorly, especially out of the hearing and sight of others. I’m glad she finally got some backbone and support from Alexander and her friends. "
