Skipping To Love Script

We've only shared moments for a year,

But I'm ready to speak, though my voice may quiver in fear.

Picket fences and an entrance arch, a dream so clear,

Ikea twin beds for kids, whispers of what's near.

It's normal to feel shy and a bit scared,

Bending rules, truth or dare, a secret shared.

Ask me any question, my heart's bared,

All I care about is if you'll meet me where dared.

Taking your name, a desire mutual,

In your embrace, the end of a love's ritual.

A movie ending, critics call us unusual,

Skipping to the part when your lips meet my forehead, it's beautiful.

Surrounded by friends, our family near,

Though we're young, the future isn't clear.

Skipping to the part where love's sincere,

Tired of waiting, can we just get there?

This journey may seem a bit absurd,

But imagining growing old together is my preferred.

Wishing on elevens, a love undisturbed,

In Heaven, falling in love again, our love reasserted.

It might sound cliché, but I feel the same,

In your arms, the echoes of a movie's frame.

Crazy to some, but for us, it's not a game,

Let's skip to the part where our hearts proclaim.

When we met, I spoke to my heart of loving you,

Friends doubted, thought it untrue.

Yet here we are, our love grew,

On our way, one day reaching that part, it's true.
