Chapter 1 - The Secret of The Missing Princess
Sophia and Ivory had a wonderful time going to school together. They studied hard and achieved good grades. However, one day when Sophia returned home, she was shocked to find her mother staring at her angrily. Confused, she asked her mother why she was looking at her like that, trembling with fear. Her mother screamed at her, demanding to know why she was so happy. Terrified, Sophia ran inside the house as her mother dragged her into a dark room where she was often punished. Sophia was scared and in pain as her mother hurt her with a belt, but she couldn't scream. The next day, Sophia went to school with visible bruises. When her classmates asked her what happened, she initially lied and said she fell. However, overcome with emotion, she accidentally revealed the truth that her mother had hit her with a belt. Shocked, her classmates Amelia and Clara immediately reported the abuse to the principal. The following day, Principal Ava called Sophia's mother and confronted her about the abuse. Despite her attempts to deny it, Petunia James was reprimanded for her actions. In a fit of rage, Petunia hurt Sophia once again, causing her to cry uncontrollably.
One fine day, Clara caught a glimpse of a picture of Sophia and immediately reached out to her, informing her that she was, in fact, a princess. Sophia was taken aback by the news, and as she joyfully made her way back home, she was met with harsh treatment from her supposed mother. Refusing to accept the mistreatment, Sophia stood her ground and revealed the truth that her mother was not her biological parent. In a state of disbelief and jealousy, she fled to her friend Ivory, who turned out to be her long-lost sister, and together they uncovered a DNA test proving Sophia's royal lineage. Ivory was ecstatic to learn that her sister was indeed a princess, and without hesitation, they made their way to the king and queen to share the life-changing news. However, their happiness was short-lived as Petunia, the impostor mother, tried to intervene and claim Sophia as,
her own. Determined to protect her sister, Ivory and Sophia fled to the palace, where they finally revealed the truth to the king and queen. Overwhelmed with joy, the royal couple embraced their newfound daughter, solidifying their bond with the DNA test as proof. Unfortunately, Petunia's jealousy and cruelty reached a breaking point as she attempted to harm Sophia and Ivory in front of the king and queen. Enraged by her actions, the royal couple swiftly took action, imprisoning Petunia for her abuse towards the children. **6** With the toxic presence removed, ivy, ivory, and their newfound family were able to bask in the love and happiness that had been missing for so long, cherishing their time together in the palace.
