A Great Modern Fantasy Read
"Awesome ready. I myself am a bit of a modern fantasy sucker and one for fantasy in general, and I have to say... I really like the premise of this story. It's definitely inspired me, and I was hoping that's alright for you. Either way, the chemistry between Julian and Noya is awesome... it just sucks that it doesn't go any further than that, but whatever, beggars can't be choosers. Great story, awesome premise and one hell of a good fantasy read if you're looking for one. Just a minor inconsistency with locker numbers that can be overlooked. You wan't a good modern fantasy read? I found a good modern fantasy read, well done, Branden, well done."

My thoughts
"I really enjoy reading this book because of the personality that was given to the Mc and his friends along with the other characters in the book however I feel like in order for the reader to really connect with them would be to give us a glimpse of there backgrounds/history what makes them the way they are now especially the Mc's former best friend what happened between the time of their graduation and entrance into high-school that made her turn on him and I feel like Bobby was kind of just thrown in their without much build up also personality plays a big part in how the bond between dragons and their riders are formed. For example If more emphasis was put on the bond between the riders and their dragons especially between the Mc Julian and his dragon how was he able to gain her trust how was their time spent together at first I thought it'd be cool if they had some type of special way to communicate with each other at first but the body language and gestures grew on me it shows that if you know someone well like really know them you can get a good grasp of their emotions and thoughts just through observation and the expression placed in their eyes you can have full conversations without saying a word like a bond of the souls. Aside from that I came across a few repeated words and some grammar errors."
Definitely want a sequel !

"What I really enjoyed about this story is what is shaping up to be a unique world. Julian as a main character has great development that feels very natural. The supporting cast help present and give tidbits of the world creation that is happening - all the while going through school. I hope subsequent stories continue to develop the world of humans and dragons! If you like a world that combines the modern with the fantasy, you’ll enjoy this story."
