" This Story was the best "Mafia-Story" I've ever read....and I've read some of those. But to call it flatly a "Mafia-Story" doesn't do this book any justice. It's more than that, it's a pledge......a pledge that Love can conquer the darkest evil out there......if we chose and are willing not to walk in the same paths who led us into our misery. No matter who brought it on us. A pledge for letting your emotions be heard and foremost of all be felt. From the first chapter I was hooked.....shocked but nevertheless hooked. Due to its sincerity, the outlining of the characters and their development, the dry black humor. Just wonderful❣️ The length of the novel allowed the reader to really delve into the minds of the characters, understanding where they're coming from. Why they do what they do. Comprehend their decisions. You feel every pain and joy they go through. No matter how unbearable or wonderful it may be. No matter if it's fiction or not.....the emotions or the lack of them or the burying of emotions deep down inside of you.....is real. We all know that in order to function. Even though this book hit home in many ways.....I just had to continue reading it. Thank you so much Miss Grace for this Rollercoaster ride.❣️🥰 Chapeau❣️🎩 .....and with this I'm off to Simo's story 😊"
