Magnificent historical romance 💞
"This is a very well-crafted love story, with a gripping plot and well-developed characters. I love that all the subplots are tied up; not a single character has an unresolved ending, which is appreciated! 😄👌 I also really liked that it doesn't dwell on the steamy scenes. Despite the fact that there are more than a few scandalous conversations or scenes (🫣🤭), it's handled very appropriately, without showing more than what's relevant to the plot. On the other hand, I must admit that this reading has been a challenge for me, since my English level isn't that advanced, and on more than one occasion I had to look up the meaning of some words. Which speaks volumes for this historical novel; as far as I know, everything in the novel fits within the historical period in which it's set. Congratulations to the author! 👏👏👏"
