A Worthy Slow burn
"What am I going to say? Except that this story is worth every read. The Character Development was on point especially with Noah and Madicita including Clara. Yeah, the romance was slow-burn but it was worth the wait. I'm a sucker for such. The catalyst that brought about the couple's first conflict was needed. The fluidity and spice of the story just blends to be one fine red wine without meaning to. "
Grapes Upside Down I enjoyed watching Madisen grow in self-understanding and in her ability to recognize the characteristics in Noah that she comes to recognize as the traits she most values in another human. The chemistry adds a delicious layer of suspense. I love the🍇 metaphor that spans the story.
"I like the way the story slowed down and as a reader, I learn more about Noah's family. I thought he was going to say his parents were getting a divorce, but that wasn't it at all! The ants were really awful. How could they have not seen them? Wouldn't they rise to the top as the liquid heated up? Still, it was funny. Truth or fiction? I look forward to the next chapter!"
