Y/N met the love of her life when she was just a little girl...
She moved to Korea with her parents, because of her father work, she was against the idea of living all her friends behind, to move to a country that she didn't know anything about or even the language, this was 16 years ago.
She grew acostume to the culture, and the lifestyle.
Now she was attending to college in Korea and so was her best friend since childhood whom she met when her family moved there 15 years ago, he was her next door neighbor, they did everything together since they met, they were inseparable.
He was a kpop idol as well, which meant he was very well know specially around the ladies, which it made y/n very upset and uneasy.
Everyone that saw them together thought they were a couple but that wasn't the case, atleast that's what they told everyone when they were asked.
Y/N always have had denied that she was in love with Namjoon, but secretly she was hurt everytime she saw him surrounded of other girls, she tried to date plenty of times, but never went any further than the first date, they weren't him, so the date was a failure from the beginning.
Namjoon was a male block since she could remember, but never gave her any signs that that he had the same feelings that she had or so she thought.
She lived tormented by him, of course his looks didn't help either, and neither she knew how to tell him without messing up everything in their friendship.
It was a typical day at college, Friday to be exact, Namjoon and y/n were feeling like crap, because they decided to go partying the night before.
-" I told you we shouldn't have done this last night and waited until the weekend, Namjoon I'm feeling like 20 people are resting on my shoulders.
-" you know I can't do that with my career, I got to take whatever day off I get, there is no such thing as weekend for me, everyday is like any other. Plus you are weak, I gotta find me another club and drinking buddy, babygirl.
He gives her a dimple smile while throwing his arm around her shoulders pulling her towards the class room, but they get stopped by one of his friends.
-" hey Joonie, yesterday was fun, we should do it again soon.
She uses her finger to trace Namjoon's upper body, pulling him away from y/n whom gives her a death glare.
-" sorry baby girl, I'll see you later in class.
-" whatever Namjoon.
She gives him the cold shoulder then kept walking, on the way to class she finds Jungkook whom became her confident, since she realized her feelings for Namjoon.
Namjoon didn't know who Jungkook had become for her, he was always trying to keep Jungkook away from her, but she wouldn't let him, she threat him with her stopping being his friend and hanging out with him if he didn't leave Jungkook alone.
Y/N had a lot of male friends and Namjoon didn't like this one bit, he would get in a rage everytime he would see boys all around her, but nothing gave him the right to do so with all the women the he had always around him.
She would say that to herself.
Y/n felt 2 hands cover her eyes.
-" where is that little mind of yours noona?, hold on let me guess where it always is with Namjoon?"
-" no Kook, I'm fine.
-" you know you can't lie to me, right?"
She sighs while looking at him feeling defeated.
-" I know I'm pathetic Kook, you don't have to remind me.
-" no you are not noona, come on let's go to class, I wish you could see how beautiful you are, he doesn't deserve you.
-" oh Kookie, thanks for always trying to cheer me up, but I'm hopelessly in love with him.
-" oh y/n, I feel for you.
He hugs her, not even realizing that her warm tears were soaking up his shirt.
- Please don't cry noona, or I'm going to kick his butt.
Jungkook get angry.
-" please don't do that Kook, promise me you won't, is not his fault.
He sighed.
-" ok just because you ask me to, now please stop crying.
He dried her tears, feeling helpless.
-" I'm sorry about your shirt Kookie.
-" noona forget the shirt, I'm concerned about you, for your well being.
He hugs her again. I don't want you to suffer because of him, you have to tell him.
-" are you crazy Jeon Jungkook?, I can't tell him that, it could ruin our friendship.Start writing here…
-" yeah maybe but atleast you would know if he does or he doesn't and you can't stop wondering and looking everytime he is seeing another girl.
-" oh Kook, I hate you when you are right.
He winks at her but she rolls her eyes at him.
-" come on muscle pig let's go to class.
-" ok noona.
On the way to class they find Park Hyung Shik.
-" hey y/n, hey Kook, how is the prettiest girl doing, and my best buddy?
He said bear hugging Jungkook.
-" I'm fine hyung.
Jungkook picks him up.
-" hey Hyung Shik, how are you doing today?"
He hugs her and lifts her off the ground.
-" I'm great now that I see your beautiful face.
He says placing her back down.
-" come on you two, we are going to be late for class.
She hooks her arms with both of them before walking up to the class room.
Namjoon's neck almost broke when he saw y/n in the boys arms.
-" can you boys, please let go of her?
-" since when is that something pertains to you, huh?"
Hyung Shik looks at him putting his arms around her.
-" since she is my friend.
-" whom you left alone when you walked away with Patricia, so beat it.
Hyung Shik says.
-" excuse me, I'm going to sit down.
Y/N pushed them out of the way.
-" yeah excuse us.
Hyung Shik and Kookie passed thru taking a seat beside y/n.
-" y/n, are you serious right now?"
Namjoon says looking angry.
-" What Namjoon?, go back to your friend, we will talk later when your hands are not full, now is time for class.
-" what?!"
He turns around and sit down.
After class, they go to eat at the cafeteria.
-" yep, I'm ready to go home now.
Hyung Shik says at the same time that he yawns.
-" well I got practice, I'll see you guys later.
Jungkook walks off as he was waving goodbye.
-" bye Kook.
-" hey y/n, do you want me to take you home?, I'm about to leave.
At the same moment Namjoon shows up behind them.
-" no need I'll walk with her.
-" go and see about your friends, you don't want to keep them waiting.
-" hey come on y/n, I'll treat you let's get some coffee.
She sighs deeply and turns to Hyung Shik.
-" Hyung Shik, we will talk later baby.
-" ok.
he says.
But he wasn't too happy about it.
Namjoon grabs her hand walking away before she has the chance of changing her mind.
-" so, how are you doing habe?"
-" I'm good, we talked about this in the morning, remember?"
She giggled.
-" oh yeah, I can ask you again, come on little girl.
He starts running towards his car with her still in his grip.
-" wait Namjoon, wait you silly lanky.
She yells as she is been dragged by this tall lanky boy with long legs. When they finally stop, she was out of breath, but hits him in the stomach.
-" butt, you can't drag me like that.
-" sorry babe, I got to make it to practice, let's go.
They drive off to the coffee shop to get their coffees then get back in the car.
-" do you wanna go to practice with me?
-" ok, I love to see Kookie, Jiminie and Hobi dancing they are so hot.
His facial expression changed.
-" yah,why are you looking at those boys?, they are not good for you, ya know.
-" well, then who is it Namjoon, since you say that about every male that tries to get close to me?"
He lowered his head down and blushed.
-" yah, let's go I'll be late for practice.
They get back in the car.
-" so, when are you guys going on tour Namjoon?"
His expression saddens.
-" in a couple of weeks y/n.
-" oh.
She felt like she was choking up, to the thought of him going away from her.
-" are you ok y/n?"
He asks concerned.
-" oh yeah, I'm sorry Joonie.
She sets her eyes forward so he can see the pain in her eyes, he gets a little sting of pain in his heart as well.
-" well we are here y/n, let's put this stuff on like always, you know the drill.
-" yep I know the drill Joonie.
-" you know why I do it, so don't get sassy young lady, some of this girls, so called fans can see you and then try to do something to you.
-" or maybe you are just embarrassed of being seeing with me.
-" what kind of nonsense are you saying y/n?"
-" are you embarrassed of being seeing with me Joonie?, if so I could go home you know, I don't want to cause you any trouble.
He looks at her is disbelief due to her words.
-" never that y/n, you are my best friend forever, and I wouldn't change that for anything in this world.
He pulls her closer giving her a hug, she gets lost in the hug, he smells so good, his hands are so soft and his body so hard, she is madly in love with him, she just wished that he felt the same way.
