The Word on Mr. Word!

"Lily had always felt it was her duty to be the responsible one in hers and Katy’s friendship. While Katy was constantly on the look out for a gorgeous new mate, it was Lily who orchestrated their escape from the rebels in their pack and had found a new town for the two of them to live in. Now all that is missing are proper jobs to help conceal their identities. Katy easily picks up a job as a bartender. With her good looks, and seductive mannerisms it is easy to see why Katy is so popular at the local bar. Lily however has her sights set higher as the CEO’s assistant. She carefully conceals her good looks with her hair pulled into a tight bun, and with glasses and a pin striped suit. Hopefully it will be enough to fool Mr. Ward. Mr. Word is indeed impressed by what he sees in Miss Lily. He senses the girl’s intense beauty despite her nerdy, conservative outfit. But why he wonders, does Lily have such a defiant attitude. “I am used to working with arrogant men from my own family,” she explains to him. This angers Mr. Word greatly. “How dare she talks to me that way!” But more than expressing his anger, he wants to satisfy his lust with the wolven beauty. He senses there is much more of a story there behind her beautiful, star struck eyes. The plot is very good and had me hooked from the beginning. Even now I’m curious as to what drove Lily and Kate from their pack in the first place. Just like Mr. Word, I’m wondering if she is truly a wolf? A witch? Perhaps a hybrid? Only future chapters will let us know her secret. Having said that, I have to admit that a lot of the writing was spoiled for me due to pronoun trouble. The author sometimes mixes up he/she and that would cause a little confusion while reading. It’s really a shame too, because the story is so good. Maybe in the future, she’ll fix this problem. This novel is worth it."

Interesting Plot

"There are a lot of grammatical mistakes he/she is confused often. There are some run on sentences and garbled sentences I couldn't discern. Overall, I like the plot and I'm ignoring the mistakes but it would be aggravating for most readers. As a English as a second language book the mistakes make sense. "
