Chapter 1
NAMJOON'S POV....
My name is Kim Namjoon, I was born in Ilsan, South Korea in September 12, 1994.
I'm a normal young adult, with goals and dreams like anyone else.
My mother wanted me to go to college and made myself a future with a degree but I wasn't made for that even though my IQ is 148.
I was on the top 1% of the students of my country still wasn't fulfilling enough.
My mother wasn't too happy about it and tried to stop me many times from doing so until the point that one time she broke my laptop to stop me from doing my music but that didn't stop me and I worked hard to show her that in good at what I do and she finally somewhat agreed.
Through my school life I have had many struggles, I have been bullied, so my self esteem wasn't good, in other words my music career has help me to learn how to love myself and I want to help others that go through what I have been through, to learn how to love themselves.
I have two personalities if you my say Kim Namjoon whom is the dork, the bookworm, who loves to read and nature.
And I also have Rap Monster which is my alter ego through him I can do things that I'm too scare to do to as Kim Namjoon.
It has being a tough road but slowly I have learned to have a better understanding about Kim Namjoon and fused the two personalities making me who I am today.
I am a very busy person, always in my studio working on my music or performing with my boys.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention I'm the leader of a legion, just kidding, I'm the leader from a very well known kpop group, " DO YOU KNOW BTS?"
Yep we have been at the Billboard awards, we have won twice " the top social artists of the year award" thanks to A.R.M.Ys all over the world whom is the name of our fandom and we performed for the very first time this year at the awards.
It made it really special because we really our latest album "LOVE YOURSELF... TEAR* while in America and our first comeback show was at the Billboard awards.
Well all that is done now, we are back home after a month of comeback shows won 11 prizes, not that I'm bragging or nothing I really appreciate all of that but I rather be in my normal habitat.
I'm an outdoor type person and I love hiking, long walks and ride bicycles.
We moved recently to the other side of Seoul close to Han river and Iove it because is lots to do in the area for people like me that loves to be outside.
Today I got tired of being locked up in my studio so I decided to go for a walk around Han river bridge.
I was walking through the bridge when I see this young girl pushing herself over the rail on the bridge, my heart stopped.
- what is she doing?
I panicked and began to get closer to her slowly I didn't want to scare her and make things worst.
THIRD PARTY POV...
Namjoon walked until he was close enough to the girl but not to close.
- hello, miss please don't do it, there has to be another way of resolving whatever problem is that you are going through.
She got startled by his deep voice.
- what do you know about what I'm going through?
She was sobbing buckets, her cheeks were completely flushed and her eyes were red from crying.
- please miss, there is always a better solution othe than taking your life.
Namjoon felt his heart shrug at the sight of her crying her heart out, he took another step without her noticing.
- no there is not, my life ain't worth nothing, people around me only take advantage of me and hurt me and abuse me, I have no friends, and I hate myself for being so weak and pathetic, I'm worthless.
- don't say that please, you are not worthless, If you were you wouldn't be in this world, I can be your friend, I won't take advantage of you.
- that's what you say now, but I know that will change later.
- please miss, let me help you, I know what you are going through, I have been through it myself, and many times I felt like ending it all but I fought through it and I know that you can too you are stronger than you think.
Namjoon was getting desperate and didn't know what to do to bring her over back on the safe ground.
-please little girl come over on this side with me, we can talk all you want I'll listen to you, I promise and I promise that I won't hurt you.
He looked at her face, she was so pretty but her face was all bruised up and bloody.
He took a deep breath and lifted his arm.
- come on, I'll help you whatever is that you going through I promise.
She turned her face to the side to look at him, fear was painted across his face and tears were beginning to roll down his face as well.
- no, you are lying to me, you don't care about me, you just want to use me like the others.
- no jagi, I promise I won't hurt you, I want you safe and sound.
He said getting closer to her and he finally was besides her.
She looked at his hand, she could barely see with the tears, but she could see his face clearly, she sighed deeply and finally grabbed his hand, he felt like his soul entered back in his body.
- thank God!
He mumbled.
- come on let's get you on this side please.
He said picking her up and bringing her over the rail if the bridge.
- jagi, are you ok?
He said looking at her hands, she had scars, she was a cuter, she harmed herself.
- why did you bother yourself by helping me?
- I didn't bother myself, I don't want to see you hurt.
- why not?, you don't even know me, so why do you even care if I die or not?,I don't think that anyone would miss me if I leave this world.
- oh no please don't say that, it's not true.
- would you miss me?
She said sarcastically.
- well, I just met you.
- exactly, I'll leave now, thanks I guess.
She began to walk...
- wait please!!!
He yelled and made her turned around.
- let me invite you to some coffee please and we can talk.
- about what?
- about what made you take such a drastic measure jagi, by the way my name is Kim Namjoon.
Her eyes widened.
- Bts Kim Namjoon?
- yes, do you know Bts?
- who doesn't?
- true that, I'm sorry I had a dumb moment.
