Summary

Lazarus Quillen, a twelve-year-old boy who has lived in a different realm for most of his life, finds himself acclimating to a less terrifying and far more normal world—well, for the most part. Lazarus finds himself in The Unwritten Section of the town library, and to his surprise, the first page has an intriguing beginning of the story. The strange thing is that he checks every time he goes to the library, and this is the first time he's found a page written. As Lazarus and his close friends, Eden and Saige, unravel the mysteries of the town, they begin to learn what nobody's known, delve into tragedies and wonders, and solve the mysteries of their coastal town.
