prologue
His heart raced hysterically, running through the hallways at a lightening speed. No other thought than of his lover's occupied his mind at the moment.
Pushing the huge doors open, he stood at the entrance of the chamber. His doe eyes rested on the sleeping figure on the bed , his only lover.
With heavy steps, he closed the gap between them and held her hand tenderly in his firm grip. "Mi casa." He cooed. The latter opened her eyes weakly, a subtle smile resting on her face.
" Mi casa, you came? " She croaked.
" Mi casa, you called." He smiled, his lips tugging up in a painful smile.
" I'm sorry, I couldn't keep our promise. But, " she paused, inhaling some air before she spoke, for the final time.
" I'll find you in my every lifetime, please don't forget me. " She whispered, her eyes drooping before she slept in a deep slumber, and never woke up.

The casket of the queen was kept in the middle of the room, everyone standing silently in grief of her unexpected demise.
The heavy sobs of her father filled the room with gloom, he stood there silently.
All the dreams he had seen for their happy family crashed in just four hours. He lost two lives together, their epitome of love and his love, his home.
The sinister smirk on someone's face didn't seem to be able to be hidden watching the gloom unfold in front of her eyes.
" And every lifetime, this curse will follow you whenever you meet her. " she gritted, knowing no one but that one particular man in royal white hangbok could hear her.
Her head lifted up, her eyes reflecting no emotions but hollowness. He took in all the bitter words she spat to him only responding her with a subtle smirk.
