Chapter 1

Her thoughts were filled with nothing but of a certain cryomancer. She could recall the silk-like texture of his dark hair in her hands, her fingers entangled, and wished to feel it once more. She had loved how it fell across his face as she pulled it from its bun. He was far more beautiful with it down, though he was just as beautiful with it up and tied back. It was amazing. He was a completely different man when they were alone together.

His hands were so masterful when they came together in a dance of love. They expertly explored every swell and curve of her body. He made sure that every inch of her wasn’t left untouched. She sighed. For hands so cold, they often sent a very pleasant heat inside of her. The young woman thought about intricate designs he would leave upon her body and how it would glimmer with moonlight and ice. For her, the Grandmaster had hands of a lover and not of a warrior. She was glad, though. That was a side of him that no one else would ever know about, not even his brothers. He would absolutely take that part of him to the Netherrealm.

His kisses were magnificent. When he would come to her from a mission and they were alone, they would exchange a kiss. As they kissed, she would have to stand on the tips of her toes to reach up. The Grandmaster was a good foot and a half taller than she was. He helped her to reach by lifting her up by the waist. Oftentimes, however, he would press his lips to her forehead and the moon sigil she bore would softly glow. He would call her his moon goddess and promised over and over that he would worship her at his altar.

Sakura sighed once more. It was moments like those that she lived for. She shifted in her bed, covered in various shades of blue, and looked at the frozen bundle of flowers next to her. He had made those just for her.

“Bi-Han, where are you?”

She hadn’t heard from him in months and there was no one, save for one exception, for her to turn to. She slipped out of her bed and began to pace. She needed to find out what had happened to him. It was not like her lover to not visit her at their designated spot. She would have to speak to Lord Liu Kang as soon as possible. That conversation would lead her to discover the atrocities that her lover had committed in his time away from her.

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...

The Mate he couldn't have

Vampire: Great story. Clear plot line and very interesting. Characters are lovely and well made. Amazing writing skills and grammar. Only thing that was a little bit too much is the repetition but I guess it's a writing style? Anyways I love it definitely recommend it!

Bound to the Bear

BlackKat07: Loved the characters and plot. Unfortunately after about chapter 10 the book really needs a good proof-read - lots of spelling and grammatical errors that spoiled it for me. Up till then I was happy to correct the occasional one, but after that I just lost interest when there were up to three in a...
