Chapter 01
Author's perspective —
“ Yn, wake up, you will be late for University, ” said her mom but the daughter was sleeping like there was no tomorrow and didn't even move an inch.
The mother looked at her and sighed before going back to her work.
A few minutes later, “ Mom, why didn't you wake me up? ” The mother came inside the room to see her daughter was messing around the room while searching for her shocks.
“ I woke you up, but you didn't wake up so I just let you sleep. ”
“ You can't do this to me, I'm getting late now. ” Yn said with a crying face as her mother took a deep breath before yelling at her.
“ Did not I tell you to set an alarm so that you didn't get late? ”
She looked at her mother and whispered “ I'm sorry, I'll remember from now. ” Her mother nodded and said, “ Come downstairs and have your breakfast. ”
“ No Mom, I'm getting late, I'll eat at the University. ”
“But- ”
“Bye,” she kissed her mom's cheeks and ran outside the house.
Her mother shook her head and said “ What will happen to this girl? ” she went back to her work.
Yn's perspective —
I ran towards my locker before taking the books for periods and as I shut the door “ boho ”
“AH,” I screamed when someone appeared. I looked at the person and Jungkook was laughing at me.
“ Oh my god you, your face,” he said and again laughed. I give him my lips a tight smile before walking past him.
“ Hey wait, well you are late today. ”
“ I know ”
“ Taehyung was also late today, he didn't come yet. ”
I looked at him and smiled as he gave me the same smile before I said “You made my day, kookie. ”
he giggled and we both went to our classroom and waited for Taehyung to come.
Well, the actual thing is, we all have made a deal. And the deal is whoever comes late to university will pay for the other two's lunch.
And I was the one who was always late, well not always but often, and so I paid for them but today Taehyung is late so he is going to pay for us.
We sat on our seats and a few minutes later the professor came and started to teach.
“ Taehyung hasn't come yet, where is he? ” I whispered to Jungkook as he leaned towards me before whispering.
“ I'd message him but he wasn't replying. ”
“ And he was not going to reply because his phone battery was dead. ”
I and Jungkook looked at each other after hearing a familiar voice and looked back to see him sitting there with a mask on his face.
I looked at Jungkook, who had a shocked face and hit him on his arm as he rubbed the area where I hit and looked at me.
“ You said he is not at university yet, then where the hell did he come from ? ” he looked at Taehyung and then at me before saying.
“ I don't know where he comes from, I swear. ”
“ You- ” before I could say something we heard a voice.
“ Miss Yn and Mr Jeon, please stand up. ”
We both cursed under our breath and stood up before putting our hands on the back.
“ You know, you both are disturbing the class? ” We just looked down but immediately looked back when we heard Taehyung say “ Yes sir, they were disturbing me as well. ”
Jungkook and I glared at him as he smirked.
“ I'm going to kill this bastard someday. ” I heard Jungkook saying but only for me to hear.
“ You both got detention after this class. " We both looked at each other's faces with a not-so-pleasant face and sat down before again looking at the devil behind us.
|| After detention ||
We both are standing near the locker waiting for Taehyung to come. “ I'm going to kill him today. ”
I looked at Jungkook who said that and said, You said the same thing last time. ” he looked at me and then behind me.
I looked behind me to find Taehyung coming towards us with a sassy smirk on his handsome face.
“ Okay, so who is going to pay today? ” Jungkook and I looked at each other before saying “Come here, I'll tell you who will pay today. ”
I said as Jungkook and I ran behind him and he ran away from there towards the canteen.
“ Okay, I'm sorry. ” he said “ To hell with your sorry. ”
I said as we all entered the canteen still chasing him before he stopped and joined his hands and said “Okay okay I'm sorry, I'll pay for today. Is that okay? ”
I looked at Jungkook and he nodded his head as I looked at Taehyung before saying “It's better. ”
We all sat down on our regular seats and Taehyung went to take our lunch.
Let's give you all our introduction. Hello, my name is Kang Yn, I'm in my 1st year of university. This is Jungkook and Taehyung, my best friends and also a kinda neighbour.
They both are in the same year as me but 2nd semester and I'm in 1st semester. The three of us have been best friends since the 6th grade and still are together.
We are kinda crackheads but mature as well. Well, that's all for now, you will learn more about us later as this story continues.
After having our lunch we were just sitting as there were still 15 minutes left for the next class.
“ So what is your booth's plan for this weekend? ” I asked them who were stuck to their phones but looked up after hearing me and put down their phones.
“ Nothing much, just gonna hang out with each other and then we will go shopping, just casual clothes. ”
I nodded my head and we all heard the bell ring as we all got up before heading towards the next class.
“ What's your plan? ” Jungkook asked, putting his arm on my shoulder as we all walked towards the class.
“ Nothing much, just gonna lay on my bed, do my assignments, and then watch some K-drama. ”
“ Boring like always ” I heard Jungkook say as I looked at him and said.
“ Excuse me, mister, it's better than just staying at home and watching p—rn while jerking. ”
Taehyung laughed as Jungkook said while whining “You shouldn't say something like this openly. ” I looked back and winked at him. After that, we all went to the class.
