Ellie is in the position to demand a wish from the fairies and they must comply. But what to wish for? Fire Fairy Ethan isn’t much help here, though he is the only friend Ellie has. He asks Ellie what her secret is for running so fast, but Ellie only smiles and refuses to share any secrets, including the most biggest one involving him, that lies closest to her heart. This is a sweet tale. It reminds me a little of Disney’s Fairies, a film and product line that is unfortunately now defunct. Still it’s easy to picture the characters in your head as you read the story,. This is a good novel that reminds you how much fun the world of fairies can be. "
