I wish I could remember
I forget so easily,
like any memory I ever had just disappears.
It’s always in seconds too,
straight after I made them.
Why can’t I just remember?
Why is it so hard?
Questions like those float around my head constantly.
You’re not good enough,
You’re not brave enough,
You could be doing more,
These are the thoughts I have.
I wish I could remember.
If only i remembered,
when I was young.
