I have finally arrived back at Bryngaer after nearly 30 years of travel from east to west. I was twenty-seven when last I was here and, as I sit at my desk to write this, I am now 54 years of age. My father has passed away, and I am now the heir to my family home.

Charles Winston Seymour passed peacefully in his bed 6 weeks ago, aged 88.

Our differences precluded any form of reconciliation in the years since I left, other than a generous yearly allowance that allowed me to indulge my passions and curiosities around the world. My father had high expectations of my career and social standing, and after my schooling, he had great plans for my inclusion in the various industries and businesses he had accumulated over his many years of success. To his great dismay, I did not share his ideas for my future, and I did not hold back in telling him so. My father was not used to being disagreed with, especially by an 'Ingrate' like myself.

After several years and disappointments, he finally gave up on his aspirations in me and allowed me to live my life as I wished, with no loss of finance or heritage due to the fact I was his only child.

My mother died of consumption when I was still very young, and my father was too consumed with grief and capital to consider women from then on. He lived the rest of his days here at Bryngaer, accumulating his wealth and building his empire, which now belongs to me.

The board elected to manage this empire when I declined to take the reins. I have a greater work in mind.

During my travels, I discovered an unknown desire within myself for knowledge. My travels in Tibet and Asia revealed to me a spiritual culture I had underestimated previously, one not embraced here in the west. Born into a life of materialism, I sought something other than material ambitions and prosperity. I studied at many eastern mystery schools, and while these were stimulating and productive, I felt a detachment from them on a cultural level, being a Westerner. This prompted my curiosity into what, if any, would be the Western Mysteries that evolved from the cultural histories and beliefs of my ancestral past.

Many years would pass as my understanding grew. I studied the Greek and Egyptian Mysteries in depth, but from an academic point of view, I never really connected with them on an instinctual level. Then I discovered The Matter of Britain, specifically the Arthurian Mysteries, and, through them, the Mabinogion. Here was a culture with which I felt a connection too. I was born and raised at Bryngaer, a vast mansion with acres of forest estate in the midst of the Snowdonia range in North Wales. I had lost touch with my Welsh heritage and was delighted to learn of the hidden and secret knowledge of this tradition. I halted all my other studies and outside interests and threw myself entirely into tales and myths with links to locations throughout Britain, but mostly concentrated on Wales and Snowdonia, especially. I longed to return here and conduct my research in my homeland, but while my father remained alive, that could not be. Until now.

I have within me a concept of creation—not a physical creation in the material world but a mystical creation on another plane of consciousness. My studies have opened my awareness to the vibrational aspect of manifest creation. There is too much detailed and precise information relating to my studies, research, and unique purpose to deal with the concepts I propose on these pages, but a brief inspection of quantum theoretic, string theory, and many other scientific and spiritual texts will illuminate my concept.

I will endeavor to explain the steps and methods employed as they are encountered and overcome, and I will record my failures along with my successes, if any.

My proposal is this. By employing my own Magical system of ceremonial magic developed over the last thirty years using different resources, I will create a world not unlike our own but in a purely elemental and vibrational plane of existence on the outer levels of consciousness.

I will imbibe this world with Celtic principles, using nature as a catalyst in the manner of the three rays of ancient Celtic magic and the ancient Jewish Qabbalistic tradition of the Tree of life.
