Chapter 1

The great kingdom of Ula in the realm of the virtues a group of all female warriors, who serve as the defender of the land of Ula. In the realm of the virtues no men are permitted to enter except for male imps, the lowest class in Ula society

Gun shots ring in the city of virtue. A woman hurries along with a baby hidden under her hood. "Stop running return the child in your arms at once" a guard shouts. The woman continues running sliding into a dark alleyway, the sound of the horses draws closer. The woman is exhausted she takes the baby from under her cloak, she lays the child behind a dumpster across from a doorstep, knocking on the door without a goodbye to the child she is leaving behind, she hurrys back out the alleyway with the guards resuming chasing her gunshots are heard again

A young imp girl hurries to answer the door, "Hello." The sound of gun shots can be heard in the streets, nothing unusual for the imp quarters of the city. Guess it was the young boys pranking her. She spots a child. What are you doing here little one, she unravels the blanket, a baby virtue. "Where are your parents little one". The baby giggles and makes trys grabbing her hair. "Well i can't leave you here, so guess you can come live with me". "Imani!" Mother look I've found a child. "Where are her parents?" the mother asks. " Don't know i asked the whole street no one knows, nobody has seen a virtue in this part of the city the only virtues here are the police". "I think we should keep her mother she was left on our doorstep after all, the person who left her probably wants us to care for her". "Imani you can keep her if you feed and care for her i can't afford to feed another mouth not with my salary, and that baby is a virtue whats going to happen when she gets older" the old lady grumbles.

That baby virtue grew up very happy, with her mother Imani's care and love, and her grandmother overtime also came to love and spoil the baby girl. Her mother named her Isabel she faced many differeculty growing up surrounded by imps. She was bullied in school for looking different from the imp children. Most stranger were cautious approaching her because of their fear of virtues but she never let these things, wilter her kindness for others.

"Go to the market and get me these ingredients for dinner". "Yes mother. Isabel steps out the little house she shares with her mother and grandmother. What a bright sunny day. Don't forget your cloack Isabel" her mother shouts. "Thank i almost forgot it" the cloak is to cover my hair in the realm of the virtues they are only two classes the imps and the virtues class be told through the first letter of your name and your hair and eye color. All imp names beingin with the letter i. Imps have red hair and red eyes they are the lowest class in the realm of the virtues and in all of the Ula kingdom. My hair is black which makes me a virtue in this realm, Virtues can have multiple different skin and eye colors but their hair is always black. Virtues are also always women they are no male virtues.

My wish is to help the imps they are the most oppressed people in the kingdom. They can only work certain jobs, that are low paying, because the amount of pay you receive in Ula is determined by your class not by how much work you put in, same with education. The laziest virtue will always have more opportunities than the hardest working imp. Some imps are even kept in breeding farms so they have more children, cause many imps choose not to have children so they aren't born into suffering and poverty like their parents, so breeding farms were established to produce more imps cause the society cannot function without them. That's the way the system is set up, and i wish i could change that not only here in the realm of the virtues but also in all the other realms of the ula kingdom.
