What is your opinion?

Superb and extremely talented writer!

"After having read Elise C. Davies' superb and rousing "The Witch of the Glen", I decided to read "The Enforcer: Eternal Redemption". Elise is really the ultimate master of snarky dialogue and witty banter and I was not disappointed. So what happens in "The Enforcer"? The city is going crazy. Vampires are fraternizing with their mortal enemies, Humans, and if the situation isn’t contained, it could spell major problems for all Vampires and Humans alike. The Council of Elders, governing these creatures, need the best Enforcer, a member of an elite warrior class, to bring this situation under control and eliminate these rebels. How hard can it really be? Wrong question. Enter Edwin ... Edwin is the perfect brooding and protective vampire who finds himself in all sorts of weird and dangerous situations because of an immature but beautiful, young vampire whose life he must end. And make an enemy of Marcus, an Ancient whose powers knows no limits. Or protect her. And make an enemy of the Elders. All in a day’s work. Thea is a yearning, bratty and rebellious vampire, hungry for more than just blood, and finally ready to live her life. The two must face their own true feelings about each other and numerous external obstacles. The story arc is amazing and fresh and original-ish, with extremely relatable characters. A good vampire story is always a good read, but good characters are what really keeps the reader up after midnight, reading and reading… And Elise's characters are always wonderful. She builds characters that so engages the reader that they will laugh along with them, rage with them, and cry with them. They are characters that are worth settling in to. As a plus, the smut was hot and the tension and chemistry between Thea and Edwin is off the charts! All-in-all, this book helped me figure out which authors I wanted to read more of. And I really hope this review introduces you to one of those awesome authors!"
