Poem
This is my last note for I have fallen into great despair for my love is no more
The greatness my heart felt when I first laid eyes on you for we were allies non the less
To leave me black and blue was what happened when you left me so suddenly
I lied to you my heart was aching my brain was drowning and what was left died
I don't want to say I miss you but saying I don't would be lying
I feel as if my brain is imagining what could have been then what was
I regret ever telling you how I feel
I can't get over you why has my stupidity forsaken me to feel this way
So I must let you go when someone truly cares about you they do what they can to help.
I'll leave and my departure will be of no surprise to you since you have probably forgot me or lost all interest in speaking to me the doubt you must feel is none you must despise me
For all I was to you was a fool or a toy you could talk to or play with when you were bored
I am fine with that and hopefully you think of me no more for I once was yours but won't ever be again
