A must read
"This book.. is a wonderfully fucked up, page turner, that has it all. Murder Mystery A masked man Stalkers Pain and pleasure It's a thriller It's a look into psychology, how the mind can be messed with It's dark It's haunting....and leaves you wanting more!!! I HIGHLY recommend this book, but only if you think you can handle it. I hope there's a sequel! Please let there be a sequel "

Not what I expected in a good way
"A lot of a twist and turns. Keeps you at the edge of your seat. Can’t put the book in. Some years could use a little bit of reproof on, but in general, you could follow the story and fill in the correct correct word except for two or three places where you kinda have to just take a guess, but in general I think this would be a good novel."

"Dear author, thanks a lot for the book: it’s really Amazing and I’ve enjoyed every minute of reading. Unfortunately I didn’t get from the start the story was not finished but when I did I could not just quit reading, red it nonstop in two days and is now obviously suffering without the ending - but I knew what I had been doing so the torture is all mine. At first I was curious to find out Shadow’s identity - and I do have several options in case the Author keeps classical rules of the plot and has already mentioned the person behind. Then I have an alternative idea - what if Shadow is the fruit of Blair’s imagination - that’s possible knowing how psychologically damaged she is. And finally if the Author is not an orthodox story-teller, the Shadow can be any character out of the box. But honestly speaking I don’t much care any longer. I’m more into story of three poor little kids so damaged and broken. I’ve created in my mind so many ways out for them: from “happily ever after” to “and they all died”… Please, please, dear Author, be gentle to them… Each person deserves his or her happiness (at least in the books) - and not for all this happy ending is a pink Bentley but something that fits only their needs an desires… Though after the latest chapter it’s so hard to believe in anything positive… Well, I’ve tried to persuade myself that Blair did NOT kill her step-father and just confessed due to that strong and obviously wrong sense of guilt… I still can’t believe Blair is a kind of a person capable for such things as a murder. Btw until last chapter I was 100% sure Shadow had killed Blair’s step-dad to keep her from leaving. Last but not the least - besides the plot and its characters l’ve most of all enjoyed the dialogs (Though sometimes Blair sounds too old for her age but that can be explained as she had to grow up earlier than normal.) and description of feelings - some of them almost brought me in tears… Though (hope the Author would not mind) I’ve noticed some illogical behavior. For example, boys wanted to have sex with Blair so much that one night nearly raped her, and when she gave them her permission, they seemed to lost their interest and one year and a half passed - common, what about their hormones? And while being so overprotective and suspicious the boys didn’t try to find out where Blair spent so much time, with whom and why returned injured. And finally how Shadow managed to built a small bunker with all equipment inside without being noticed - that should have made tremendous noice of construction (in case Shadow really exists though…). Dear Author, sorry for so many words, you are doing great so far, don’t spoil it :) "

"Please, please tell me that's not the end!!! I'm so invested in this story, I've devoured it. Read all night and as soon as I woke up. Fuck what anybody says about any grammatical errors or any complaints they have. They are haters. Storytelling is not something that can be learned like grammar. It's a God given talent and you have it. The ability to see world and the people in it so clearly that you can make it real, even for a little while, for other people is beyond amazing. The depth of emotions that Blair has experienced are heart wrenching. I wish she could love herself, even a little. I'm intrigued by the possible places this could go. I would love for her to eventually be forgiven by Reston, although I don't know if they can heal one another, they may have broken her to thoroughly for that. She's a fighter though. God she's strong. She needs forgiveness. So does Emerald. So excited to see what comes next. Good job. "
