Vanessa Sterling had a drunken one night stand with a stranger which ended her up with an unwanted pregnancy. She and her mother were wallowing in debts her father deliberately left for them, she couldn’t make the mistake of bringing a child to the world to join in their suffering, so the best she could do was terminate the pregnancy.
