Kii Thaar Nuux was a dragon boy
His hatching brought the Horoton joy
He cracked his shell with one great whang
And proudly both his parents sang
His scales were green, his wingspread wide
His glorious form flew with great stride
The stars that shone on Heaven High
Were mirrored in his gleaming eye
A youth untamed, a spirit so wild
The Horoton left him beguiled
Patience and virtue the elders taught
But the lessons soon proved for naught
Kii Thaar Nuux much talent had
And thus his failures made him mad
To train by himself he one day swore
Thus he flew to the mountain frore
He learned to lift snow with but his mind
But his great ambitions were left not behind
He yearned for the stars in Heaven High
To them he swore he’d one day fly.
His training done, his skills at peak
He took to the skies for worlds to seek
The Horoton would soon give his desire
But then his soul would find its fire.
First world he saw was an endless sea
A world with no topography
A world whose Moon possessed no glow
And one more covered in naught by snow
But Kii Thaar Nuux was felt no more
For towards a shadow did he soar
The shadow with unmatched power
And Kii Thaar Nuux did it devour...
