Hi V E D I K A,

I just finished reading your story Silent Scars and I loved it so much. Your writing is bold, unflinching, and deeply emotional, and I kept imagining how powerful it would look as a comic.

I particularly connected with the themes in the prologue and Chapterβ€―1, where the protagonist confronts the aftermath of domestic abuse and the complexities of trauma. The raw confrontation and inner turmoil especially the defining moment where she reclaims her own voice would translate into visually intense, emotionally charged panels. Also, the subtle moments of resilience amidst darkness the way fleeting hope breaks through grief felt cinematic and would be compelling to depict with tone, shadow, and expressive visual storytelling

I’m a commissioned artist, and I’d love to bring Silent Scars to life as a comic/manga adaptation. I know how personal and heavy this story is, so I’d approach it with sensitivity and care there’s no pressure at all, I just feel your work has powerful visual potential.

You can check out my recent artwork on DeviantArt (Username – Ev3Verse). If you’re interested, please feel free to message me on Discord (Username – Eve_Verse), and we can discuss how to translate your story visually, respectfully, and authentically. I’d be honored to collaborate.

Going For The Goalie

Lillipad0234: Teenagers making silly mistakes and then realising what they’ve lost. There are a few dramas along the way, but the characters feel realistic and the storyline is believable. I really enjoyed watching their second chance unfold and ended up reading the whole book within 48 hours! πŸ˜‚β€οΈA lovely second...
