Chapter 1
Kulkarni mansion:
It was a pleasant and beautiful morning. Everyone present in the Kulkarni mansion were engaged in their morning routine.
Aarthi kurlkarini POV :
I was in deep sleep and that's when my mom decided me to wake me up from my dream land.
"Aarthi wake up !! It's already late, then don't come and scold me for not waking you up. " My mom said.
"Yeah mom I'm up now." I said.
I quickly did my morning routine, wore a black anarkali kurti and paired it with oxidized earing. Then applied Kajal and mascara and I headed to dining hall.
"Good morning dad !" I wished my father.
"Good morning dear !!" My father wished me back and pecked my forehead.
Then my brothers came to dining hall.
"Where's bhabhi?" I asked.
"Oh ! She's in kitchen helping mom" Dad replied.
And suddenly someone smacked my head. I winced in pain and of course whom did I expect it to be The great Reyaansh Kulkarni. He is younger brother.
"Idiot why do you do that?" I scolded him.
"My day is incomplete without irritating you what do I do ?" He asked innocently.
"OK enough you guys. You are not kids anymore." Said my elder brother Avyay Kulkarni.
"Eat fast Rey you are getting late for college." Said my mom.
"Yeah mom I'm eating." Rey Said pouting making my mom chuckle.
"This paneer is delicious bhabhi !!" I complimented Mrinalini bhabhi.
"Thank you aaru." Said bhabhi.
Time skip
After having breakfast Avyay bhai went to office. Then I dropped Rey to his college. And now I'm headed to my regular cafe where my girls and I usually meet and do our work.
I entered the cafe and searched for my girls that's when I heard someone shout "AARUU HEREEEE"
Turning towards noise I saw my friends waving their hands to me. I waved them back and joined them.
"What would you like to have aaru ?" Nisha asked me going through the menu. Avni said "What else will she have other than her regular strawberry shake" Making others laugh.
"So what's new people ?"I asked my friends.
"Well the usual stuff you see..." Said Ananya sipping her iced Americano. "How is new book going on aaru ?" Shruti asked me. "It's going on Shru. I started the character development yesterday night so it will take a very long time you know."
"That's right aaru. Writing a book is not an easy task though." Avni said.
Aarthi's POV :
Well we all have been friends from school but due to change in our interests and future we couldn't take the same courses in our college.
Nisha is fashion designer and has started her own fashion brand "Sparkle and Dazzle" her parents supported her by every means and never demotivated her.
Avni is an artist. She used to take part in all the drawing and painting competition during our school days.
Ananya has taken over her father's security company. When it comes to our company's security systems we always choose Ananya's company and is definitely reliable. She can easily hack into any system get their data for us.
Shruti is a neurosurgeon. She always dreamt of becoming one and of course blessed with such supporting parents she became one. As she has a brother, he took over their father's company.
This is my lovely friends circle. After my family, I always prioritize my friends. They always have been supportive.
Aadrik Deshpande POV :
I woke up at 6 as I had slept at 2:30 after completing some pending files. After waking up I hit the gym and took a relaxing shower and that's when my mom called me to gave breakfast. When I came down I saw almost everyone where present there except for my brother and cousins. We are a joint family. I live with my chacha, chachi and of course with their children.
Since we are a joint family we have at least one meal together. It is believed that it helps with bonding with each other and knowing how each other's day went.
"Enough mom I'm full. I can't eat more. " I said.
"Who knows if you are eating your lunch and God knows at what time are you coming home. It's better if you at least eat one meal a day properly. "
And that's my caring and protective mom. She's strict when it comes to her children's health.
"Your mom's right beta. Now that you are the CEO you need to have your meals properly to have healthy work life. " Dad said agreeing with mom.
Well dad always agrees with mom. He loves her and trusts her decisions.
"I'm done. "My younger brother advik said getting ready for college.
"Me too. "Said Pranauthi, my cousin.
"If you all are done then Aadrik and krish will drop you guys. " Said Reshma chachi.
"Krishhhh where the hell are you ??" Rajath chacha called him.
"Coming !!" Krish yelled from his room.
"Till then you kids go and wait near the car. " mom said.
We bid them goodbyes and went to respective places. And that's how our day started.
On my way to office Parikshit, my PA texted me today's meeting details and schedules.
As usual I put a cold face and nodded to everyone greeting. And went inside my cabin which is in 28th floor and only my family members have access to it. Sitting on my chair I started focusing on my work.
