Her Saving Grace
Life has its many ups and downs; for Ava, it’s always seemed to be more downs than ups. After turning 17 and graduating from high school, Ava packs up and leaves the only place she has called home. Afraid of making her parents angry she leaves shortly after they fall asleep, knowing when they wake they won’t be too happy, or they would be glad she is gone. A few years pass and Ava has managed to evade her abusive family and find a home with her boyfriend Thomas. However, shortly after they get together Thomas’ true side comes out. Throwing her back into a life of mental and physical abuse. Now twenty-three Ava has landed the job of her dreams as an editor of a huge company, and hopes to make enough money to leave her current situation. Unfortunately her boyfriend has other plans, making sure she never leaves this hell. What will come of Ava when she meets her new boss, with eyes as blue as the Caribbean sea captivating her very soul. Will he drag her down into his life of secrets and dangers, or will he be her Saving Grace?
