"Hello! This is my first review even though I’ve read the previous parts of the series. I just felt like I really needed to rate so here I am. I absolutely love this series so far! Can’t wait to dive deeper into it. These stories are so well written and plotted. They’re the perfect amount of spice and sweetness. And I’ll let you in on a secret. I have never loved hockey more than what I do now. I literally searched up colleges and universities that had hockey teams. 😂 Either way loved it and keep up the great work! Sincerely, Reader (Ava)"

Amazing Series

"Each book in this series amazes me. I am impressed with each one. They all are uniquely their own book with hints and previous and future characters. I love how the plot moves along and how the author keeps you engaged through the entire book. I tend to shy away from books with more chapters because they tend to wind and get lost along the way. This author never goes on a tangent. I am in love with her writing style and UNI Lions!"

Not enough, need more

"TikTok dances, social media scandals, and one chemist-hockey boy who made me feel things in my spleen. Ohhhhhh Faye and Liam, my disaster darlings. If you told me a few books ago that the emotionally fried scientist-himbo and the social-media-girlboss with her whole career on the line would absolutely wreck me, I’d have said “good.” Because yes. Wreck me harder. Let’s break it down in full Witch of Hellridge chaos fashion: 💋 What I LOVED: Liam is a chemistry major and not just another “hockey or bust” jock. FINALLY. A brain with biceps. He’s sweet, thoughtful, and lowkey depressed in that hot, functional way. Like, he’d check the pH of your coffee and also your mental state. Faye is not here to play. She’s smart, ambitious, stressed out, and juggling a dream job while trying not to torpedo her career by sleeping with the literal one man on campus labeled “absolutely not.” Guess how that goes. The forbidden, hot-mess tension is delicious. It’s enemies-to-lovers adjacent but make it "oh no, I accidentally slept with the guy I have to film for social content and now I think I like him". A classic. A favorite. The chemistry (pun absolutely intended) is off the charts, with just enough spice to make me blush in my twin mom sweatpants. We love a book that reminds us we’re still alive. 🤏 What I wanted more of: Where the hell were the TikToks??? Previous books teased Liam and Ethan doing viral dances and hijinks, and Faye is literally the social media manager. I was begging for one chaotic scene of thirst-trap TikTok + emotional fallout + steamy distraction. You missed the perfect opportunity for fluff, spice, AND plot all rolled into a "shirtless trending audio" moment. 🧂 Liam’s exes are mentioned but barely explored. And look — I wanted the River U ex to show up. Just a peek. Just enough to trigger some protective rage and give us insight into Liam’s cinnamon roll core. Maybe even a flashback where she hits him and he doesn’t fight back because he’s a gentleman and heartbroken. That would’ve cracked my ribcage open in the best way. ✨ Final Spell: This book was sweet, sexy, and satisfying. Faye isn’t just the girl behind the phone screen — she’s a woman holding herself together with sheer force of will. And Liam? He’s a reminder that you can be emotionally bruised, scientifically inclined, and still sexy AF. Just One Pucking Night proves that sometimes the best love stories aren’t the loudest — they’re the ones whispered in labs, tangled up in digital scandals, and born from one night you weren’t supposed to remember... but can’t forget. Sofia M. Kay, I’m obsessed. Keep writing. Add TikToks. Give me ex-drama. And for the love of hockey gods, never stop giving us morally grey, academically hot MMCs who blush when they talk about feelings."
