Avery sat in the midst if the darkness of her room, listening to the recording she made on her 18th birthday "It will get better from now on" played again and again until the words made no sense to Avery.
She thought that her life is also like this tape, it goes on and on doing the same thing showing it will change but it doesn't, it keeps repeating itself and it makes no sense.
her parents were always worried about her she thought, the way she keeps her distance from people but most importantly how people keep their
distance
with her. The main thing is her temper the way she has absolutely no control on it.
The thing that ruined her was the abandonment she always felt from her parents. They both worked and never had time for her but when both had jobs out of city she was just kicked here and there in her relatives house so that someone would look after her, her parents always fought and left her alone like that maybe which led her to live alone and not get attached to anyone so that she doesn't have to feel the same abandonment she felt when she was little. She always maintained her superiority and upper hand in people she didn't wanna rely on anyone not emotionally not financially.
She got up and laid on her bed after taking the sleeping pills prescribed to her.
"Stupid insomnia" she would say everytime she took the pills just to be able to sleep, but insomnia might not be the reason its her thoughts the hollowness and emptiness in her life.
Just like she drifted off to sleep.
NEXT DAY

She woke up on the similar sound of the alarn clock, it went off every morning waking up Avery, she would follow the same routine, get up, shower, take out a white grey or black suit but today she wore, the white one.
"Avery!!" yelled her mother as she Avery walk out of the house without having her breakfast, she knew it was just for obligation her mother knew very well that Avery always has her breakfast in her office.
Her high heels made click click sounds across the tiled floor while she walked toward her brand new car, as soon as she settled in her driver started driving toward her office.
I know I spent my money so recklessly in food, clothes, cars, house she thought to herself. She knew better the reason she knows her unlimited money can never but the fulfilled ness and peace that her soul required she might as well make some use out if it buying other stuff doesn't make her money look that useless.
She felt her smile as soon as the car started approaching her office building, its one if the sight in the world she adores the most, the place she worked so hard on, it wasn't just her office it was her escape from her thoughts.
It was tall, white, three storey building with words *Aurum Label" engraved in gray on it, People always asked her what that name meant and she would always reply "Aurum means gold and aurum label means that every piece if clothing that leaves my building made by the hands of my team and designed by me has a golden label on it promising such levels if elegance and precision in tailoring no one can match" a part of her life she loves.
Many "Good Morning Ma'ams" were heard her she made her way towards her very large and
lonely
office.
The office seemed really quite whenever she was in it, everyone really respected and were
scared
of her mainly because I the episodes of rage she showed in a number of events, she was pretty anused as she remembered the day a worker spilled some coffee on a very expensive suit for a very Important client and Avery sort I blew up on that one ever since then everyone seemed literally scared in her presence but she never complained.
AVERY'S MOM:
"Asher I'm really worried about her, her silence and isolation scares me sometimes"
*She's not a child shes a grown adult and businesswoman now what she's showing is responsibility and maturity not signs of mental health deterioration" Asher (her father) said.
"Stop always expecting her to be normal, do you even realize what impact our absence created on her child self, I can see it in her eyes the fear if abandonment the need of always be in in the tip and being better so people would follow her around I've seen it all and I think its really unhealthy for her and all the people who will ever come into her life after us" said her mother with a finch if sadness and a lot of worry in her tone
"We didn't abandon her we worked for her we earned so she could have a better education and do what she is doing right now stop making mountains out of grains " her father said with clear annoyance.
*We argued fought Like crazy we used her as a punching n bag do you know such environments mad such bad impacts on kids, I feel really guilty do not being a good enough parent to her" her mom subbed .
Her father remains Dione ttoo and watched his sure crazy because sin where he knew that they were at fault with her upbringing. He learned a long time ago that situations small of big don't matter what matters are the impact they have on a persons mind
