Learning the hard way
"Very good story about a man that doesn't think of consequences before telling his wife he was leaving. Then he wants to come back. His wife is strong throughout making him work to earn a place beside her again. The author did a good job with describing the devastation the wife felt and the emotions on both sides throughout the aftermath. The author mentioned English is not her primary language but except for a few mistakes she did an awesome job."
Love and Marriage... how easy it is to wreck things
"Overall this is a really good book. I like how it brings out what many consider 'little' things that lead to cheating in a marriage... starting with the thoughts, then comes the 'innocent' flirting and on to the gentle cheek or head kiss. I also liked showing how it was so easy to entrap people and then blackmail them. I wasn't interested in the detailed intimate thoughts later in the book as the 'cheater' works on a second chance. Yes, I realize they're common but just didn't need all the $sexy details in black and white print. "

"I was looking to read something light but meaningful and this was perfect. Sometimes life can change from one moment to the other and Sophie did not expect that. Adam is a clueless husband, he had to work really hard for forgiveness. I don’t know if the book is done but we deserve about a couple more of chapters from Sophie’s perspective and together at the end."

"I really don't just write reviews anymore these days, I've wanted a book that can really make a difference in one's life on a personal level. This book has it all for me. It's truly beautiful to see a woman who knows her worth. I love how it has a faith based element in it. And how the lady didn't willy nilly choose revenge, the most obvious thing to humans but does something big that makes a person contemplate. Now I won't ruin the book for others and explain too much because I genuinely want people to read this masterpiece. READ THIS BOOK YOU WON'T REGRET. THIS IS A STRONG RECOMMENDATION, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED "

"I love her strength her faith her values and that she is placing value in herself showing we can move on but I will be too I think she's right that he thought she would beg him to stay and or stay loving while he lived his single life NOT Sophie she even brought up marriage and more kids she didn't even indulge in speaking of single life other than dates love this can't wait for more "

"I liked how Sophie did not beg for Adam to stay, but Adam was the one who begged Sophie.It challenged the gender stereotypes. While Adam was begging Sophie I feel like he was repeating himself over and over again. I enjoyed the character development of Adam. It was an interesting read because I do not usually read novels like this. I would recommend this style of novel, to people who like reading tragic romance novels. Overall this novel was a nice read."
