"You are the cause of my euphoria"

                                    ~kim taehyung

The story begins on a crisp fall day in a small town. The trees are beginning to change color, signaling the arrival of a new season. The town is bustling with students of various ages, making their way to school, cafes, and shops. The air is filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation as a new school year begins. As the story unfolds, we follow the journeys of our two protagonists, each embarking on their own personal growth and transformation. We will witness their highs and lows, their successes and failures, and ultimately, their journey to" find their own unique sense of euphoria.

Among the hustle and bustle of the        crowd, we see Saskia, a young woman with a determined expression on her face. She is not entirely sure what awaits her as she starts a new school year, but she is hopeful and ready to take on whatever comes her way. She checks her phone for the time, realizing she has just enough time to grab a coffee before class.

"Alright," Saskia muttered to herself as she checked her phone. "Time is ticking. If I want to catch up on my caffeine fix before class, I better hurry." With a determined stride, she weaves her way through the sea of students, her mind focused on the nearest coffee shop.

As she approaches the café, she catches sight of a group of girls giggling and whispering amongst themselves. Feeling somewhat insecure, she wonders if they're laughing at her. She hesitates for a moment, but then reminds herself to stay confident and ignore any potential judgment.

Entering the café, she lets out a sigh of relief as the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee envelops her senses. She joins the queue and scans the menu, contemplating her order. Just then, she notices a boy standing a few people away from her, gazing at the menu with a contemplative expression.

Their eyes lock for a brief moment before Saskia quickly looks away, a subtle blush dusting her cheeks. She sneaks a glance at him again, taking in his confident demeanor and charismatic smile. The boy exudes a certain aura of charm and allure, making her feel both intrigued and intimidated.

As the queue shortens, Saskia finds herself standing behind the boy now. There's something about him that makes her heart race a little faster. She steals another glance at him, her curiosity piqued. She notices his tousled hair, stylish outfit, and the way he casually leans against the counter.

As he orders his coffee, his deep, velvety voice carries across the café, sending a shiver down Saskia's spine. She shakes her head, trying to compose herself. This stranger is affecting her more than she cares to admit, and she doesn't even know his name.

With her turn to order, Saskia manages to keep her cool as she places her order without stuttering once. But as she waits for her coffee, her gaze inadvertently drifts towards the boy again. He's now engrossed in a conversation with one of the baristas, his laughter ringing out loud and clear.

Saskia's heart skips a beat at the sound of his laughter. It's infectious and genuine, making her wonder what he's saying that's so amusing. She steals another glance at him, admiring his confident slouch against the counter, his easy smile, and the way his eyes seem to sparkle with mischief.

Then, as if sensing her gaze, kim taehyung suddenly turns around and catches her staring. Their eyes lock for a brief moment, and a smirk appears on his face. "You have quite a keen eye there," he remarks, his voice smooth and teasing.

Saskia feels her cheeks burn hotter than her coffee as she averts her gaze. "Sorry," she mutters, "I didn't mean to stare." She hopes he won't think she's some sort of creeper or worse, a fangirl.

Kim taehyung chuckles softly, clearly amused by her reaction. "No need to apologize," he says, his tone light and teasing. "I don't mind if you appreciate the view." He gives her a playful wink, making Saskia's cheeks flush even redder.

She's at a loss for words, feeling completely flustered. She manages a small, awkward laugh and fidgets with her hair, trying to hide her embarrassment. "Uh, th-thanks, I guess," she stammers, silently cursing herself for being so socially inept.

He notices her unease and softens his tone. "Hey, relax," he reassures her. "I was just teasing, no need to be all shy and flustered." He gives her a warm smile that somehow makes her heart pound even harder.

Saskia tries to compose herself, taking a deep breath to slow her racing heart. "Yeah, sorry," she apologizes again, her voice a little steadier now. "I'm not usually this awkward, I swear."

His smile widens, and he leans in a bit closer. "Oh, I don't believe you," he says playfully. "You seem pretty awkward to me." His tone is teasing, but not malicious, and there's a sparkle in his eyes that suggests he's enjoying this banter.

Saskia scoffs, putting on a mock offended expression. "Excuse you," she retorts, trying to play along. "I'll have you know, I can be very cool and composed, thank you very much."

He laughs again, clearly entertained by her attempts to regain some dignity. "Sure, sure," he says, still grinning widely. "Prove it then, cool and composed Saskia."

Saskia hesitates for a moment, not quite sure how to prove her coolness to a stranger, especially one as captivating as him. But then his challenge sparks a bit of competitiveness in her. She straightens her shoulders and gives him a coy smile.

"Well," she begins, her voice gaining a hint of confidence. "For starters, I'll have you know that I have excellent taste in coffee." She takes a sip of her coffee, closing her eyes briefly to savor the flavor before opening them again and fixing him with a defiant look.

He pretends to be impressed, raising an eyebrow at her statement. "Oh, really?" he says, his smirk back on his face. "And what makes your taste in coffee so excellent, may I ask?"

Saskia shrugs nonchalantly, faking nonchalance. "I just have a refined palette," she explains. "I can appreciate the complexities and nuances of a good cup of coffee. Unlike some people who just chug down whatever sugary concoction they can get their hands on."

He clutches his chest dramatically, feigning hurt. "Ouch," he says, his tone playful. "You wound me, Miss Refined Palete." Then he grins again, clearly enjoying their banter.

Saskia smiles back, unable to resist his infectious charm. "I call it like I see it," she replies, trying to maintain her cool demeanor. But her heart is still beating a little too fast, and she can't quite shake that fluttery feeling in her stomach.

He leans against the counter again, studying her intently. He seems to be enjoying their conversation immensely, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "You know," he says, "for someone who claims to have a refined palette, you seem awfully flustered right now."

Saskia tries to school her expression, but her cheeks betray her, reddening once again. She curses herself mentally for being so easy to read. "I'm not flustered," she insists, her voice slightly higher than normal.

He lets out a hearty laugh, clearly amused by her denial. "Your blushing cheeks say otherwise," he teases. "Plus, your voice is a bit higher than usual. I'm starting to think you might have a thing for me or something."

Saskia's heart lurches at his words. She was trying so hard to keep her cool and act casual, but his observations are far too astute for her liking. "I do not!" she protests, her voice betraying her with another high-pitched squeak.

The boy's grin widens, and he chuckles again. "Oh, really?" he says, leaning in closer. "Because it seems like you're getting more and more flustered the longer we talk. It's kind of adorable, actually."

Saskia can feel her cheeks burning even hotter at his words. She's always prided herself on being cool and collected, but this boy seems to have a way of making her feel like a blushing schoolgirl. She tries to regain her composure, taking a shaky breath. "I'm not adorable," she retorts, her voice a little weaker than intended.

He laughs again, clearly finding her denial amusing. "Oh, but you are," he persists. "You're trying so hard to act all tough and aloof, but your blushing cheeks and stuttering speech give you away. It's cute, really."

Saskia can feel her resolve weakening under his persistent charm. She knows she should probably just walk away and not give in, but there's something about him that makes her want to keep talking, to keep trying to prove herself worthy of his attention. "I'm not cute," she repeats, her voice barely above a whisper.

He grins, noticing her struggle to maintain her cool exterior. "Aww, don't deny it," he teases. "You've been blushing since the moment we started talking, and you're clearly flustered. It's adorable." He reaches out and gently pokes her nose, sending a shudder down her spine.

Saskia can't help but blush even harder at his touch. She's torn between being annoyed by his persistence and being secretly pleased by his attention. She tries to come up with a witty retort, but all that comes out is a soft squeak.

He chuckles again, clearly enjoying her flustered state. "See? I told you you're adorable," he proclaims, his tone full of confidence. "You just can't help yourself around me, can you?"

Saskia wants to argue, to protest and prove him wrong, but the words get caught in her throat. She's feeling a whirlwind of emotions - frustrated, embarrassed, and yet strangely excited. "I..." she starts, then trails off, her words failing her.

He leans in even closer now, his face just a few inches from hers. "Looks like I've finally rendered you speechless," he remarks, a triumphant grin on his face. "Took a while, but I think I'm starting to break through those cool and composed walls of yours."

Saskia can feel his hot breath on her cheek, and her heart is racing so fast she's afraid it might explode. Part of her wants to push him away, to maintain her independence and pride. But another part, a treacherous part, wants to lean into his touch, to give in to his charm.

He seems to sense her internal struggle, his gaze locking onto hers. "Just admit it," he murmurs, his voice low and seductive. "You're into me, aren't you? You can't deny it. I can see it in your eyes, hear it in your trembling voice."

Saskia's mind is a jumbled mess. She wants to deny it, to insist that she's not affected by his charm, but her body betrays her. Every nerve in her seems to be hyper-aware of his proximity, of the heat radiating from his body and the way his eyes seem to see straight through her defenses.

He smirks, knowing he's got her where he wants her. He reaches up and gently brushes a strand of hair away from her face, allowing his fingers to linger on her skin, sending tingles down her spine. "Just say it," he whispers, his voice like honey. "Say you like me. Say you can't resist me."
