Cupid's Match.

What a morning!

I got up quickly from bed, said my prayers and prepared myself..

I was going to make my first day at Berlines memorable.

I dashed Into the car and closed the door.

"Easy Yoona! " my driver said

"I'm so sorry.. Just too excited!"

He smiled "Make sure you have an amazing day at work today.. "

"Definitely! "

Yeah.. I know it sounded weird that I'd still be taken around like a child even to work as an intern.. But believe it or not, I was treated like an egg..

My parents were rich.. Crazy rich. I came here to London for my internship in the famous movie house, Berlines as a scriptwriter..

I just wanted to leave Seoul and explore..but now, I really wanted to go back.. I was so scared!

We got to Berlines soon, and I was amazed.. It was huge!

Of course it would be huge.

I walked in and was greeted by smiling faces from different departments.

When I got into the Script writing Interns department, I was greeted by both shocking and weird looks.. But I shook it off.

I looked around and saw a lot of people around a young blonde, very gorgeous and outstanding.

This was about to look like a high school movie..

"Hi.. " I heard a voice from behind me and turned

"Umm.. Hi.. " I said confusedly

"Don't be scared.. I'm Axel.. We're in same working group. "

Wow.. We were shared into groups like a high school project!

"Hey.. Nice to meet you.. I'm Park Yoona. " I said and shook him

"I've heard a lot about Koreans.. Nice to meet one finally. " he said

"So nice to meet you.. "

"Let's check our group members.. " he said and led me to a clipboard with a long paper on it.

"Wendy, Drake, Tina, Yoona, Mark-Adonis and Axel.. " he muttered and looked back at me " Wendy is the blonde over there.. I really wonder what's so special about her.. "

I looked at her direction and just shook my head..

"Haven't you heard about Mark-Adonis..and yourself? " He asked

"What about us? "

"Huh.. You guys are like the best scriptwriters right now! You totally brought everyone's marks down. "

"Wow.. I didn't know that.. But it'll be really nice to work with you guys.. "

Axel nodded.. He seemed like a child.

"Let's just sit around like others and wait for our groups.. " I said

"How would they find us? "

"I think our group numbers are written on the table. " I said as we went.

*Some minutes later *

"Oh..group 5 we are.. " Wendy said as another girl tailed behind her.

"I'm Wendy.. " Wendy said again making Axel and I fake smile.

"I'm Tina.. " the other girl said

"Drake.. " a young man said from behind and sat down.

"So I think we're waiting for one more person.. " Tina said

"Yes.. Mark-Adonis " Drake replied

"He sounds hot.. "Wendy said

She was weird.

"Oh.. Please.. "Tina rolled her eyes.

"Well.. It doesn't seem like he'll be here today.. " Drake said

"Huh? " Wendy looked in shock

"The doors are closed.. " Axel said.

"Oh.. So while we're here, let's arrange.. I'll be the head of this team" Wendy said and brushed her hair backwards.

"Uh uh..sorry sissy.. We're not in high school.. " Drake said.

"Whatever.. "Wendy rolled her eyes.

I just kept looking around and keeping quiet.. Making sure and being careful not to talk too much, so my accent wouldn't come out.

"Why are you so quiet? " Wendy asked

"And pretty.. " Drake added giving a rizz look..

Wow..

"Umm.. I'm prettier.. " Wendy said

"No she's prettier.. " the others chorused at once making Wendy glare at me.

As if coming to my rescue, a really tall and really good looking guy with black and brown hair, pointed nose, slender and reddish-pink lips, amazing body structure, slender neck, pronounced Adams apple, chic and hot dressing walked into the room, came to our table and sat next to me..

My.. I almost melted from the heat. I was glad it wasn't obvious I was drooling.. But Wendy made hers pretty obvious.

"Man.. We've been waiting so long, where have you been? " Drake asked as he shook the guy.

"I had to see the admin.. " he replied, and trust me when I say this, his voice topped it up.. It was freaking deep and masculine.

"Are you Mark-Adonis?" Axel asked

"Yes.. Alister Mark-Adonis." he said confidently and smiled.

He seemed proud of his name.

Throughout our work, Wendy couldn't stop herself from being stupid and saying how she and Adonis made a perfect match.

"We'd have to split up to see our potentials. " Drake said

"Yeah.. You're right.. But I think we should write individual scripts, then pair in twos before working at once.." I said and was shocked that I spoke.

The others stared at me for sometime and then Tina said "Genius. "

They all smiled and clapped.

"Nice.. we'll go with your plan.. " Adonis said " I'd love to work with you, Miss. " he added in a whisper.

I just gasped at him and then looked around to see everyone getting up to leave.

After some more time of work, I was done and I went out to the parking lot and sat down waiting for my driver, only to hear Wendy form behind.

"What did Adonis tell you? " she asked and sat close.

"Iono.." I rolled my eyes.

"We should get along.. I think you'll need me to get popular since you're not English.. "

"Wendy.. I don't need popularity.. And I'm fine, even if I'm not English.. Okay.. So buzz off. " I said and walked towards the car as soon as I saw it.

"Yoona.. How was your day? "

"Good afternoon Mr. Kim.. " I said and bowed slightly

"You look stressed"

"I'll cope.. It's really nice here.. "

"I think you're right.. Your parents came early.. they'll spend sometime before going back to Seoul. "

"Really?"

"Yes.. They're home now.. "

I was so excited.. I was gonna see mom and dad again after 2 months.

But I feared something.. I just hoped they weren't going to go on and on about the usual topic we had every single time..

About me getting married.. As young as I was!

*At home *

"I missed you guys so much.. "I said and hugged my parents

"Awwn..I knew London would be great.. "mom said as we sat to eat

"Your brother sends his greetings.. " dad said

I smiled and nodded. Park Jin Young was my elder brother.. My ' Oppa', as I would always call him. I missed him.. And I wished he came to London with me.

"Woo-Min also sends his greeting.. "mom said and smiled..

I rolled my eyes.. "hmm.. " I said wryly

"Don't make a face.. You two are getting together.. "dad said

"Oh no.. Not this again.. Please.. "I said tiredly

"But you have to marry.. "mom said

"Mom.. I'm just 22.."

"In the twinkle of an eye you'd be 25..and getting old..." dad said

"I'll find someone I love.. "

"So you don't love Min? " dad asked

"No. "

"You better start now.. " dad added

"It seems here's boring with you alone.. I'll tell him to come over sometime.. " mom said

"Don't.. Please "

"I will do as I have said dear. "

"Fine.. Then I'll run.. "I said and rolled my eyes and continued my food.

As soon as dinner was over, I went to my room to freshen up and then took my phone as I lay on my bed. I was so stressed.

As I opened my messages, I saw a group chat. It was the group we had at work.. Wow.

It even gave me more headache and I didn't feel like opening it.

It was just created like and hour ago.. And here I was, seeing close to two thousand messages.. consisting of irrelevant things.. Especially Wendy talking about Adonis.

I sighed hard and dropped my phone on the table and drifted to sleep immediately.

I had a huge day at work tomorrow.. But I was happy and thankful that today was amazing.
