Ryan Caldwell has survived what can only be described as a nightmare- a camping trip to Blackoak Forest that went horribly wrong. As the sole survivor of the incident, he struggles to come to terms with that bloody weekend. With his paranoia on the rise, he begins to think that his nightmare is only beginning. When a mysterious note comes in the mail, he realizes that he must return to Blackoak Forest to confront his assailants and find the strength to move on with his life.
