Murder Drones: the darkness of copper 9

???: "...There's nothing else left to people on Earth. This is the only place to come to when all hope is gone..."

A spacecraft crashes onto the icy surface of Copper 9. A badly injured pilot crawls out, clutching his baby son wrapped in a tattered winter blanket. Limping and bleeding, he leaves a trail of blood as he struggles through the cold to find shelter. Suddenly, he sees a female worker drone with neon purple eyes approaching. The pilot collapses to his knees, sensing his end is near. Holding his son close to keep him warm, he looks at the worker drone and pleads, "Please take him." The worker drone gazes at the baby, then back at the pilot, and gently takes the baby from him.

POV Nori

After taking his son, I watched the pilot collapse onto the snowy ground, The snow beneath him turned dark red as his blood seeped into it. The wind howled through the barren landscape, carrying the faint scent of burning metal from the crashed spacecraft.

The sight of his lifeless body sent a strange ache through my mind. My fingers tightened around the baby. Knowing his end was near, he entrusted me with his son. I couldn't abandon or harm this child, especially after the destruction I had caused to all humans on Copper 9. I owed it to him to save his son. Decided, I carried the baby home to show my husband our new son.

Timeskip present day.

Y/n pov

I wake up in my room and get dressed in my WDF uniform. After finishing, I leave my room and meet my father in the living room.

Khan: "Good morning, my human son."

Y/n: "Good morning, Dad."

I head to the kitchen to grab some breakfast.

Khan: "Your friend Frank needs your help fixing things around the bunker."

While I'm eating my breakfast on the table, my father mentions Frank needing help.

Y/n: "I'll go help him after breakfast."

Khan: "y/n I'm going to check on the door. See you later."

After my father leaves, I continue eating my breakfast. Then, I notice my sister Uzi coming out of her room carrying something behind her back.

Y/n: "Morning, Uzi. What's that you're hiding?"

Uzi: "Promise you won't tell Dad?"

Y/n: "So, what's with the secrecy? You got a boyfriend?"

Uzi: "No, it's more important than that. I built a freaky railgun to fight the murder drones," while laughing crazily and acting cartoon villain show.

Uzi: "It's not finished yet, but I want to show it to my classmates. We have a chance to kill the murder drones."

She places the railgun on the table, and I can't help but be impressed.

Y/n: "Wow, Uzi, this is amazing. How'd you manage to build it?"

Uzi: "I found some scrap in the bunker and used it to create the railgun."

Y/n: "You're creative, Uzi, but it's risky to confront the murder drone."

I notice Uzi's expression turning angry.

Uzi: "We have to fight back. They're the reason we're stuck in this bunker and they use the bodies of worker drones to build a spire at the there lair... and murder drone killed Mom, bite me."

I see her digital eye turn mixed with sadness and anger while she is crossing her arms to look at me, so I put my food down on the table and walk over to her, kneeling to her level and placing my hand on her shoulder.

Y/n: "I'm your only older brother. I don't want to lose you or Dad. I don't want to be alone without you. Before Mom passed, she asked me to take care of you."

Uzi looks at me and says:

Uzi: "We can't just sit here while the murder drone threatens us."

Y/n: "I'll help you put an end to this nightmare."

Uzi is surprised to hear this from me.

Uzi: "Wait, you want to help me fight the murder drone?"

Y/n: "Yes."

Uzi hugs me and thanks me.

Y/n: "So, what's your plan?"

Uzi lets go and replies:

Uzi: "The final component we need to complete the railgun is in the murder drone's lair."

Y/n: "Of course, nothing is ever easy."

I go back to finish my food.

Uzi: "We can do it at 3:00 am."

Y/n: "Good idea. Do you have a plan to get us outside?"

Uzi: "I will think about how we're going to get outside."

Y/n: "I hope your plan is not terrible."

Uzi giggles and takes her railgun.

Y/n: "Have a good day at school."

Uzi leaves the room. After finishing my food, I put the plate in the sink and wash it. Once done, I put the plate back in the cupboard and left the apartment.

I opened the door to see Frank, and he was mad.

Y/n: "Oh hi, Frank."

Frank: "I've been waiting for you. Where have you been?"

Y/n: "I just had breakfast I need to eat to survive."

Frank: "Forgot about it you are a human, I got your toolbox here."

Frank hands me the toolbox, and I follow him down the hallway.

Y/n: "So, Frank, which place needs to be fixed again?"

Frank: "The same issue with the security cameras. Someone keeps turning them to face the wall, and there's oil leaking on the floor out of nowhere again."

Y/n: "Where is it happening? Near the school?"

Frank: "Yeah, and a detective is here. She thinks it might be connected to those missing girls."

Y/n: "You mean it somehow connected missing girls."

Frank: "Yeah what she says."

Y/n: "So I hear Lainey Galimore and Angela Palmer have gone missing."

Frank: " I heard from friends tell me last see of Angela she is doing Confusing the ancient digital artifact collection The Office with a personality core."

Y/n: "Wait what, she did that."

Frank: "Are a new generation getting dumber here."

Frank and I arrived in the hallway near the classrooms, where I spotted Detective Linda. She was wearing her signature sunglasses and holding a cup of coffee, exuding an air of nonchalant coolness and a worker drone busy cleaning the floor where oil had been spilt.

Y/n: "Hey, detective, how is the missing person case?"

Detective Linda: "Hey, Mr. Doorman, same thing. I can't find a lead to solving this case."

Y/n: "Did you interview everyone, as real cops do?"

Detective Linda facepalms, realizing how real cops do that.

Detective Linda: "Duh, good idea, Mr. Doorman. Where were you last night, since you're the only human here?" She pointed at me.

Y/n: "I am Sleeping. You can talk to my dad. I have proof it's not me."

Detective Linda: "What were you doing last night, Frank?" She pointed at Frank.

Frank: "Last night, I was at home with friends."

I grabbed a step stool and placed it beneath one of the security cameras. Standing on the stool, I adjusted the camera to face the correct direction.

Y/n: "Tell me all the missing girl worker drones between the ages of 18 and 20 who got kidnapped, right?"

Detective Linda: "Yep."

I stepped down from the step chair.

Y/n: "So, someone has to crawl on the ceiling to turn the cameras around manually."

Frank: "Do you know anyone who can crawl on a wall?"

Y/n: "I know someone who keeps their head on fire."

Frank: "Haha, very funny. We all know it's not Braidon doing the kidnapping worker drones."

I moved the step chair to another security camera that had the same problem while I brought the toolbox with me.

Detective Linda: "It can't be murder drones."

Frank: "I know. They can't. Why? Because the 3 door, are leader Khan made the 3 door to stop them from coming inside to kill us all."

I listened to their theory about who was kidnapping the worker drones while I fixed the security camera facing the original direction but I noticed something one of the security cameras had a familiar glowing red symbol appear causing the camera to turn back to face the original direction.

Y/n: "Can't be her doing this" I whisper to myself.

Frank: "Hey are you right y/n."

Y/n: "Yes yes ok."

I quickly step down from the step chair.

Y/n: "Hey Detective, do you see Yeva or her husband around."

Detective Linda: "They are sleeping Doll said."

Y/n: "I don't see them around the bunker or with the doll."

Detective Linda: "Are they connected to kidnapping?"

Y/n: "No, no, Detective Linda I just want to see how they are doing."

Detective Linda: "Well I am going to go back to my office, see you around y/n and Frank."

I see Detective Linda leave us.

Frank: "Hey y/n I know you and Doll have a rough friendship after your fight with her."

Y/n: "Yeah we were friends when I found out doll was bullying my sister Uzi and I gone mad at her a long time ago Frank."

Frank: "I see a lot of people hate Uzi."

Y/n: "She is a rebellious teenager after all but I don't hate her she doesn't have friends and are father is obsessed with the door I am the only family member who cares about her, I wish Mom never got the Nanite Acid before she dies."

Frank pats on my shoulder.

Frank: "We all have a bad day."

Y/n: "I will continue to fix the camera after done I have to continue my shift."

Frank: "Luck with that I going to go now see you around y/n I will report any problems to fix good luck and also don't forget to the walkie-talkie I will call you any problems around the Bunker."

Y/n: "Thank you, Frank."

Frank left me alone in the hallway with a worker drone who was busy cleaning the floor. After I finished fixing the security camera, I put the stepped chair away and began to do my shift I went around the bunker to fix some problems requested by Frank by the walkie-talkie after my shift ended, took my toolbox to my locker in the Worker Defense Force locker room I walked into the locker room to see it empty no worker drones there I opened my locker and put my toolbox in the locker I closed the locker door and left the locker room to proceed to go see if Yeva was alright and maybe I had a chance I talk I have never talked to her for a while I hoped she was ok, I walked down the hallway and arrived at her Apartments I began to knock on the door but there was no reply and no sound in the Apartments, I began to think is Yeva the one who caused missing worker drone to go missing I ponder the question in my mind and reach my hand to open the door.

???: "Hey loser you should not answer Doll Apartments."

Y/n sighs he knows whose voice is and he turns to see it is Lizzy...

and an even better doll there too.

Y/n: "Lizzy, I'm surprised you haven't been kidnapped already."

Lizzy: "Why are you here, loser?"

Y/n: "I'm here to talk to Yeva."

Lizzy: "She's asleep. Did you hear about your little sister Uzi causing a ruckus in the classroom?"

Lizzy begins to laugh. I clench my fists, preparing to break her visor with my own hands.

Doll: "Lizzy, you should go inside," she speaks in Russian.

Lizzy: "Fine, I will."

Lizzy walks past me and opens the door, walks inside the Doll's apartment, and quickly closes the door. I look at Doll with an angry expression and begin to walk past her. Suddenly, I feel her cold metal hand grab my arm, causing me to stop and turn to see Doll grabbing my arm.

Y/n: "Let me go, Doll," I say in my anger.

Doll: "I miss you," she speaks in Russian.

I see a look of sadness in Doll's visor but part of me still hates her.

Y/n: "I don't care about you. I only see a best friend who bullied my little sister," I respond in Russian and push Doll's arm off me. I begin to leave her alone in the hallway.

Pov doll

I watch Y/N leave. I still love him. Still, I miss the old him. I go into my dark red-lit room and see Lizzy with her arms folded.

Lizzy: "You should kill him."

Doll: "No," I reply in Russian.

Lizzy: "He almost found out your secret, Doll."

Doll: "I will not kill him and I love him." I respond in Russian while looking at her with a sad look.

Lizzy sighs while she texts on her phone.

Lizzy: "It's gross. He's human and you're a worker drone."

I sigh and look at Lizzy while finishing drinking the oil from a cooking pot filled with oil from the missing worker drone I killed yesterday.

Doll: "I don't care if he is human or not. I will always love him," I say in Russian while smiling.

Lizzy: "Yep," she responds, not looking up from her phone.

I wondered what would happen if I told him the truth about the power and my parents' deaths. I will never know.

Pov y/n

As I walked down the hallway, I wondered what she had done this time. I hoped to find her at the Nurse's Station. When I got there, I saw Thad talking to Uzi in the chair I felt a bit happy to see her talking to someone who is not a jerk to her I wish Mom was here to see this, so I approached them.

Y/n: "Hey, Thad."

Thad: "Hey, y/n."

We fist-bumped and then I turned to Uzi.

Y/n: "Uzi, are you okay?"

Uzi: "Well, my railgun caused a smoke explosion in the classroom, but thankfully no one got hurt."

Uzi laughed awkwardly and I shook my head.

Y/n: "You're very lucky, sis."

Thad: "Uzi tell me you and her are going to go to murder Drone Lair, right?"

Y/n: "Yep, that's the plan she needs to complete her weapons."

Thad: "Hmm, okay. Are you free Tomorrow?"

Y/n: "Sorry, I'm busy Tomorrow with saving everyone from murder drones, but we can play some hoops another time."

Thad: "Another time works for me." He stood up. "Anyway, I better get going. Good luck with your mission to save us." He then left the Nurse's Station.

I look at her.

Y/n: "Come on Uzi we should go home."

We leave the Nurse's Station and walk down the hallway to go back to our apartment.

Pov uzi

Y/n: "How is Thad?"

Uzi: "He's nice."

I feel my head being patted by my brother.

Y/n: "Yes, he is, maybe a chance he will be your future boyfriend." y/n joking.

I blush when I hear that.

Uzi: "Stop that."

While Y/n and I walk down the hallway, I have a question in my mind and I ask my brother.

Uzi: "I will be honest with you, Y/n."

Y/n: "What's wrong?"

Uzi: "I hate humanity because your people send murder drones to kill us."

I see Y/n's look of sadness about knowing his kind sent these monsters to kill us.

Y/n: "I know, Uzi. To be honest, I would do the same to Uzi. I would rather betray my people to protect my family."

Uzi: "You will betray your people for me and Dad?"

Y/n thought for a moment and said:

Y/n: "Yes, but I will kill the people who made them and the company."

Uzi: "Sorry, I shouldn't talk about that."

Y/n: "It's okay. Something I may have to face the true one of these days."

Uzi: "Anyway Do you have a gas mask?"

Y/n: "Yeah, I have one in my room. I know going outside during a toxic storm is dangerous for humans like me. Thank you for reminding me about the toxic storm outside."

Y/n and I arrived at their apartment.

Y/n pov

I open the door and let Uzi go into our apartment first before me.

Y/n: "I will be cooking my dinner you need me, I will be in the kitchen."

Uzi: "I hope you are not going to boom up the kitchen last" she jokes about it.

Y/n: "But you did boom up a class today" I chuckle.

I watched her enter her room and then went to the small food storage room to look for something to eat. After finding the food, I began cooking it for dinner. After finishing my dinner, I went to the bathroom and got ready to shower. Once I was clean, I went to bed set an alarm for 3:00 am and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up feeling pain in my head and saw Uzi holding a frying pan.

Y/n: "Ow, why did you hit me with a frying pan, sis?" I rubbed my head.

Uzi: "Sorry, you slept through your alarm, so I had to use plan B to wake you up."

Y/n: "You could have just spilt cold water on me to wake me up."

I sat up on the bed and stretched my arms.

Y/n: "I'm ready to help you."

I quickly put on some warm clothes, my winter jacket, gear, a balaclava, a gas mask, and snow boots.

Uzi: "Cool mask."

Y/n: "Thanks, sis."

Uzi: "I've got the Door Master Keycard to get us outside." She holds up the Door Master Keycard to show me.

Y/n: "I just need a weapon."

Uzi: "You don't have one ready?"

Y/n: "I'll grab my weapon from the locker room. Let's go."

We quickly walked through the empty hallway to the Worker Defense Force locker room. I retrieved my crowbar from the locker.

Uzi: "A crowbar? Seriously? Don't you have a gun?"

Y/n: "I'm an engineer, not a soldier. This will have to do."

Uzi rolled her eyes but didn't argue. She pointed her railgun at me playfully.

Uzi: "Bite me. At least I'm armed."

I stepped back, startled.

Y/n: "Geez, Uzi. Watch where you point that thing."

She lowered the gun, looking sheepish.

Uzi: "Sorry. I felt unstoppable."

Y/n: "It's okay, just be careful."

I grabbed my flashlight and stuffed it into my pocket.

Y/n: "Let's move."

We headed to the main entrance of the colony, where the first of three security doors were designed to keep out the murder drones. My mind raced with thoughts of the danger ahead. I shook them off. Focus, Y/n. Time to be a man.

when we arrive I see Uzi use a keycard on the Keycard Reader causing the door first to open to see Khan there his arms are folded causing Uzi to yell.

Uzi: "Oh, Robo-Jesus!"

Khan: "And where might both of you be off to?"

Y/n: "Dad look all over for you" I walk over to him and put my on his shoulder "Uzi need help with her school project to let you know about, umm."

Uzi: "The exterior hydraulic mechanisms of Door One because the project I'm working on for school is A big old door Just like what my old man built!"

Y/n: "Yes that one Uzi I almost forgot about," I Chuckle "And Uzi thinking about joining the WDF just like you and me hiding behind the doors like a coward while playing cards and stuff hoping the murder drones can't get in our colony."

Khan: "Well, we don't just play cards..." while Chuckles.

Another door opens up behind Khan revealing his 4 buddies playing cards on the table one of them responds.

Braxton: Khan! Can you grab a fresh pack? We literally only play cards so much that the numbers have faded. Oh, hey Uzi and hey y/n!

Y/n: "Seriously Dad you do play cards."

Khan quickly closes the door.

Khan: "Well..." began to laugh "When you build doors so good" he hugged the door like a pet "Good door, good door."

Y/n: "......And this is why Dad need therapy."

Khan turns his attention to his son.

Khan: "Son There's no need for therapy and fight! My human son, this is great news you have been in WDF for 5 years you make me happy my boy, Here is The wrench that I used to tighten bolts on my first door prototypes and to put your mother out of her misery when the Murder Drones got to her with that nanite acid... I want you to have it!"

I stared at the wrench, my father was holding I remembered how his father put his mom out of her misery with that wrench outside the colony I remembered her last words before she "Look after your sister" My hands began to shake and my hearing begins to ring louder in my head.

Khan: "Hello, hello, son, my human boy are you having trauma or something" while he waved his hands to my face.

Uzi takes the wrench from Father.

Uzi: "I will take it, Dad."

Khan: "Oh well your brother acts weird anyway."

Khan opened the door and yelled at his buddies.

Khan: "Guys! My daughter is into doors!"

The fellow drones start cheering as another door opens, letting in snow and a cold breeze, much to their chagrin.

Uzi: "Uhh... Wow, okay! I'm just gonna leave then and take my brother with me, cause this worked so weirdly well. Uh, go doors" While she is pulling her brother outside with her and door closes quickly before us.

Uzi: "Hey bro are you okay."

I snap out quickly and look at Uzi.

Y/n: "I am fine I was just caught off guard seeing...... Dad wrench I am sorry I should not freeze up for this."

Uzi: "It ok bro... you got me."

Y/n: "Thank you, sis, let go."

We travel through a frozen, lifeless city at night. The only signs of life are the dead worker drones and frozen skeletons of humans who died in the explosion. I try to imagine what this place looked like before - it's like a ghost town here. I see the spire where the murder drone lair is located, surrounded by the bodies of worker drones who were sadly killed by murder drones. I feel bad for all these worker drones who died and never got to see their loved ones again. Suddenly, Uzi stops and turns to face me.

Uzi: "We are here."

Y/n: "So this is the place, I feel uneasy seeing the spire made out of worker drones."

Uzi: "I feel it too."

We sneak into the spire and I saw the pod where the murder drones came from.

Y/n: "Is that the landing pod murder drones arrived from." I whisper to Uzi.

Uzi: "Yep" she whispers to me while she is foraging around for the component she needs.

Uzi: "Hey found it" she whispered to me, she was holding a green battery, the part of complete her weapon.

Suddenly we both hear the sound causing Uzi to quickly push me into cover to hide behind some junk.

We know it murder drone it here.

Y/n: " I didn't sign up for this" while I whisper to myself

I poke my head out from the junk and see a murder drone on the side of the pod busy drinking the oil from the head of a worker drone, and crash it and quickly turn in my direction to see me with its visor showing an x symbol and I quickly duck back to junk and look at Uzi.

Uzi: "Did it see us." she whispered.

Y/n: "No but he saw me." I whispered.

Suddenly a murder drone's claws grab me and toss me across the spire.

Pov uzi

Uzi: "y/n!" I watch my brother fly across the spire by the murder drones.

I quickly reloaded my railgun with the green battery and tried to shoot Murder Drone but the murder drone flew up and landed to the ground so hard it knocked my railgun off my hands and caused me to jump back and strike a pose.

Uzi: "Whoa, and they said pirating all that anime was useless..."

murder drone uses its tail to stab my hand, leaving an acid hole in my hand, and it flings me to the side. I quickly grab her railgun as the murder drone pulls the gun out of its hand and looks around for me when it faces me I say it.

Uzi: "Bite me" I fired my railgun to shoot out a green beam straight for the murder drone destroying the murder drone's head as the murder drone's body fell to the ground my railgun began to recharge after the shot.

Uzi: "Holy hell! Suck on that, Dad!"

I quickly look around for my brother and see him walk over to me while holding his injured arm.

Y/n: "Good shoot sis, also I hope my arm is not broken from that throw."

Uzi: "Oh robo-Jesus you are alive."

Y/n: "Nothing can kill— oh come on he is regenerating his head."

I turn to watch in horror as the murder drone's head begins regenerating while standing back up

And I saw y/n quickly swing his crowbar at the murder drone head which did nothing, then its eyes opened and looked at us.

N: "...Did you just hit me with that crowbar?"

Y/n: "Holy crap, it talks and sounds like a teenager."

N: "Yeah... Sorry, it's just my, uh, head kind of hurts. Hey, are you both new to our squad You're a little" he looks at y/n "and you wearing a lot of clothes and a gas mask, uhh... for a Disassembly Drone.

I'm Serial Designation N, nice to meet you. I'm kind of the leader of the squad in this city. That's not true, everyone tells me I'm useless and terrible. Wait, I'm not supposed to tell you that part! Biscuits!" He sighs "Well, honesty is the best policy." he laughs "I also can't seem to remember the past 3 hours of my life, but I'm sure that'll sort itself out."

Uzi: "Uh huh... We, uh, have to, go." I felt the pain of my damaged hand where n stab and I saw y/n grab my damaged hand he looked at it.

Y/n: "That looks bad sis, looks like I have to cut off your hand."

Uzi: "What" I panic knowing my brother wants to chop off my hand.

N: "Stuck yourself? Just pop it in your mouth. Our saliva neutralizes the nanites, otherwise, I'd be constantly disassembling myself."

Y/n: "Oh ok that must be the most discussed thing ever heard."

Uzi: "And by our saliva, you mean..."

Uzi & N: "Disassembly Drone?"

Uzi: "Right. Hey, let's go in that landing pod over there!"

Y/n: "No oh, I am going to get sick."

N: "Sure! I love doing anything!"

Pov y/n

We are in the pod Uzi and n sitting on the chair and I am just leaning against the wall while trying to not get sick when seeing Uzi put her hand in N's mouth to neutralizes the nanites after that Uzi pull her hand out of N's mouth.

Y/n: "That is disgusting."

N: "Sweet! Uh, I'm open to new things, I guess."

Uzi: "We are never talking about this."

Y/n: "I going wash your hands when we get back"

N: "Talking about what? Consider it, uh... Repressed!"

Uzi: "...Uh, you mentioned other members of your squad? Are they coming back soon?"

N: "Oh, yeah. Two others. They're out hunting for a bit but you'll love them. First, there's V."

No Pov flashback

Worker drones: "No, No! Please don't feed me my own entrails in front of my family!"

N watches V feed worker drones his own entrails in front of his family and kills him and kills his family.

V: "...And yet, I still feel nothing."

N: "So, V, uh, I heard this planet-wide toxic death storm is supposed to be especially inhospitable tonight-"

she turned to see n

V: "Oh God, who are you?!" She flying away

N: "No worries, I'm N! But a whole letter is a lot to remember!" He laughs nervously while waving to her.

Flashback ends Pov y/n

N: "So obviously, a lot of mutual respect there. But secretly, I actually kind of have a crush on her... You can't tell her, okay?!"  I saw Uzi do hand Motioning zips her mouth to n.

Y/n: "I used to have a crush on a girl, sadly I pushed her way."

N: "Oh that's sad do you want to talk about."

Y/n: "No, but tell us about your other squad member."

N: "Then there's J, our leader."

No POV flashback again

J has N pinned to the ground. ;)

J: "N, you're worthless and terrible."

N: "Thank you..." Struggling to breathe.

J: "And if the company allowed it, I would straight up kill you myself!"

Flashback ends Pov y/n again

N: "J's awesome. Hey, let me give you the tour! Outside are the corpse... wall... thingies. In here are the buttons!" He begins pressing random buttons.

Uzi: "This... isn't just a landing pod... This is a spaceship! This could get us off the planet!"

Y/n: "Oh this is a spaceship."

N: "More of a one-use missile. They never taught us how to land."

Y/n: "Well I hope you are not the pilot."

Uzi: "The worker drones, we could work with them to fix this Instead of all the murder! ...Which, uh, why are we doing that again...?"

N: "Other than ingesting their WARM, SWEET oil to avoid overheating and dying? I guess I just want to be useful. I was given a job and I always want to try my best."

Y/n: "So Robot vampires."

Uzi: "Anyway uhh look at all the respect it's gotten you, N. You really think the company isn't going to dispose of you once all the workers are dead?"

N: "Oh my, you sure are rebellious! It's kind of exciting. But, not as fun as, uh, following the rules..."

I hear the sound of footsteps. I quickly grab my Uzi and we leave the pod without a word to N and run back to the colony. I begin to get tired from the run. Lucky for Uzi, she is a worker drone and never gets tired, so she is right ahead of me, running as fast as she can. She does not notice me slowing down. I stop by a car to catch my breath from the running and just watch my sister getting farther away as she runs back to the colony, not realizing her brother has stopped. I turn to the direction of the spire, and I see N flying towards me.

Y/n: "Can I have a break for one second." I talk to myself.

I realise I did run back to the colony N will get in and kill anyone in the colony before the door closes.

N landed right in front of me.

N: "So" he laughed creepily. "I'm sorry. I really enjoyed our time together, but I can't have your little friend shooting V with that thing and tell where are a little friend of you and the thing she shot me with." his visor showed x.

Y/n: "Shut up and fight me" I got my crowbar ready to fight N

No Pov

Y/n swings his crowbar at n but n grabs the crowbar broke it in half.

Y/n: "Oh shot, take this."

Y/n threw his flashlight at n but it did nothing only thing make him laugh.

N: "Now is my turn" while laughing

N grabs y/n lifting him up and N uses his free hand to change it to a blade to stab y/n in the gut causing y/n to scream in pain, n pulls the blade out of y/n and n licks y/n blood on his blade and n stops and his visor change to confusion.

N: "This...is...not oil." he looks at y/n blood on his blade and he looks at y/n in fear.

N shaking in fear realising this is not a worker drone.

Pov uzi

I arrive at the colony I open the door and hear the worker drones on the table playing cards and begin yelling at me for interrupting their game.

Uzi: "Bite me!"

And I noticed y/n is not here with me.

Uzi: "he was supposed to be behind me, he is coming."

Pov Y/n

I slowly open my eyes to I am inside the pod lying down on the ground and see all three of the murder drones busy talking.

J: "So you have to stay here and keep an eye on humans, N we will go find a hospital for medical supplies Keep him alive."

V: "Oh look he is awake."

J: "Good Also human dies I will break you and if we keep him alive maybe a chance we get promoted or something the better company can reward us for saving a human and please don't let him die."

I watch j and v leave the pod and I turn to look at N he turns to face me I sit up and lean my back against the wall of the pod.

N: "Sorry for stabbing you." while awkwardly laughing.

Y/n: "What about the worker drones you kill should you sorry say to them the families who died by you n and your psychopath drone's hand."

N give me a confusing look in his visor.

N: "Why are you defending them."

Y/n: "I bin risen by them from day one."

N: "Hey you don't need them."

when I heard N planning to kill Uzi, my sisters went mad I grabbed N and slammed him against the wall of the pod with all of my strength.

Y/n: "Leave my sister alone" I yelled at him while pinning him against the wall.

I felt my body getting tired from the wound but I didn't want my sisters to die by n or other murder drones but I began to pass out.

Pov N

I was caught off guard by the reaction from humans who said "Leave my sister alone" While pinning me against the wall, I watched him collapse to the floor and I quickly checked him but he was not dead I felt a bit of relief now he is still alive.

N: "he is still breathing"

I hear someone enter the pod I believe it is J and V back from collecting medical supplies I turn around and say.

N: "Hey, are you back—" I realized it was not J or V; it was a worker drone with a bright neon grey eye. It's wearing a green army-style hood to cover its face. As I'm about to attack, the worker drone raises a hand towards me, and a grey symbol appears on me, causing it to slam me against the wall of the pod. I can't move, I just watch as the worker drone walks over to the human. It raises a hand towards me to keep me in place. I see the worker drone kneel to the human to check him, and then the worker drone grabs him. Both are teleported away in a glitchy Grey light. Before they teleport, I notice a badge on the side of the worker drone's hood that looks like a symbol of radiation. After they gone I'm in shock seeing this. I hear another noise and I turn to see J and V carrying medical supplies.

J: "N what happened here"

N: "A worker drone took him"
