If you knew me, you would think I had it all. Sure, I have the looks, a great career, and the perfect family. I'm living the American dream. Wrong. Life is anything but perfect. I married my high school sweetheart during my junior year of college after I knocked her up. I had a newborn when I was close to being drafted as the top quarterback for the Texas Bobcats. All my aspirations for myself went out the window. So we married, and I got my teaching degree to become a physical education teacher. Now, I'm head coach for the Carrollton Ranchview Wolves. I love my job. I wish I could say the same for my wife. The truth is, I fell out of love with Elizabeth years ago. I married out of obligation, not love. Life is unfulfilling until I run into her. Charlotte Wilson. She just started a teaching assistant position at the high school where I coach. I begin to crave her: those beautiful almond-shaped hazel eyes and luscious lips. I constantly fantasize about all the ways I could corrupt her. Make her mine. No matter how much I want Charlie, I can never have her for three reasons: I'm married, she's twenty years younger, and did I mention she's my oldest son's ex-girlfriend?
