The Gold Star watched the four wander the Golden Island with dark amusement.
The four from the prophecy had been on the Island for a week and were still wandering around like a litter of Hell Hound pups when their mother abandoned them, wandering cluelessly in search of someone to rescue them.
She still had no idea why the prophecy chose these four unworthy vermin to try to stop her. She could crush them in seconds but it’d been centuries since she had this much excitement. She wanted to toy with them, make them bleed and cry, fill them with fear, fill them with anguish, and do anything that would make them wish they were never born. She wanted them to wish for Death to claim them.
As she watched them start to argue, an idea formed in her head, and a sinister smile slowly spread across her unearthly face.
She turned to Kane Moonblood, who stood beside her. “My beloved, I have a task for you.”
