Squish, Zap, Pop

The minute Alisa put her fingers on his temples, he felt the power practically draining from her. Fierce pain coursed through his head as the singular voice in his head became many. His thoughts rushed by him in a blur and his mind became a tangled mess of sounds, words, colors, pictures and a whole many other things that can’t be named. He heard someone scream, maybe himself, maybe even Alisa herself. He opened his eyes to get a closer look at the girl. She was short, that was clear. But despite looking like someone who was eleven, it was clear that this girl had been through things and there was a heavy weight to herself that made her look older, wiser. He dubbed her age to be around 16. Her hair was pure white and her eyes were pale green, but they were slowly gaining color and a small spark which quickly ignited into a flame. Her dress was made of white feathers, probably from a swan. And then he couldn’t see anything at all. He heard the scream again and this time he was certain it was coming from him. He shut his eyes to attempt to deal with the headaches rushing through his head. Once he found the strength to open them again he didn’t see Alisa. In her place was a mess of red, green, blue, orange and black. The mess of colors slowly moved into figures. The first one had bright red, curly hair and bright green eyes that seemed to be judging everyone around her. On her body was a mess of black ink he could make out as tattoos. He was drawn to four of them. The fox, the leopard, the eagle, and the biggest one of all, the wolf. The next figure was shorter than the first, probably as short as Alisa. She had light brown hair, eyes that were a mix between green and blue, and a small streak of green rushing through her hair. She was wearing a uniform of sorts, also green, and overall looked very put together, as if she were in charge of something. The third had messy dark brown hair and a lot of freckles on her tan skin. She seemed perfectly normal with the only thing out of ordinary being the bandages wrapped around the lower part of her leg. She was wearing a blue shirt and jeans, both being stained with blood and mud. The next figure had flames all around him. He seemed to let off an orange glow, even after the bright colors faded into figures. He had light brown skin, dark brown hair, and light brown eyes. He had a satchel on his waist that somehow hadn’t burnt in the flames. The last figure had a top hat that made him look older than he actually was, around seventeen, black tights, and a black suit. Scars were splattered across his face like leaves strewn across the ground. The person seemed like a gentleman. But he started to notice how the figure had knives hidden everywhere. His suit had pockets with small edges of blades peaking out. His mud stained leather boots had knives in them. He even had a gun in his sleeve. The figures then started to fade out into the distance. He started to cover his ears as a loud voice entered his brain. Five will come. Five will come. The words whispered and turned in his mind. He closed his eyes and opened them again. He saw Alisa. She was no longer smiling. “I’m sorry.” She said. He started to realize that he had made a big mistake. “Wait!” He called out. But then she was gone. He curled up into a ball and started to cry.
