Catherine Walker alias Black Shadow es la unica hija mujer adoptiva de Batman o Bruce Wayne, al ser la compañera del murciélago a tenido que aprender muchas cosas, ha convivido con personas que son principalmente villanos y digamos que pasa más tiempo como Black Shadow que como Cat , y eso sera un problema ahora, pues junto a sus demás hermanos y padre deberán adaptarse al nuevo pequeño problema de batman, un niño que dice ser su hijo de nombre Damián, quien causa un revuelo en batman y en Catherine después de que su padre le asignara seguir especialmente al niño, y no solo como Black Shadow, de ahora en más, Catherin Walker deberá salir a la luz para poder seguir vigilando al mini bruce. La historia no sigue fiel mente a los cómics de DC o fanfics, la llagada de Damián sera diferente que como se conoce.
