(CHAPTER 1-THE SHADOWMAN-2 AND THE ROBOT-11 TALES)-

(1-ONCE UPON A TIME, ON A LOVELY EVENING, MY NAME IS MR.ANTHONY CARVERSON, MOSTLY MY FRIENDS AND I CALL MYSELF 'TONY' IT'S SHORT FOR ANTHONY! AS I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE SOMETHING WITH YOU OF THE STRANGE EVENTS THAT TOOK PLACE, WHILE I ATTENDED A STRANGE SCHOOL, CALLED WOLFE ACADEMY! AS WOLFE ACADEMY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE MUCH OF A SCHOOL AT ALL, ITS CLOSER RESEMBLANCE RESEMBLES A LARGE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX THAN FOR A PLACE OF LEARNING, TOO. WITHIN THE FIRST WEEKS OF MY ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOL, I STARTED TO BEGIN TO NOTICE A NUMBER OF STRANGE OCCURRENCES, TOO.

THE MOST PREVEALENT OF THESE ODDITIES BEING THE FACT THAT I SEEMED TO HAVE OBTAINED A SECOND SHADOW THAT LOOKS LIKE A SHADOWMAN, TOO. AT TIMES, I WOULD SEE THIS CREATURE JUMP FROM SHADOW TO SHADOW, TOO. ONCE IN A WHILE, WHILE HIDIGN IN THE DARK RECESSES OF THE COURTYARD, TOO. THIS MADE IT DIFFICULT OF MY ATTEMPTS TO CONVEY THE SITUATION TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FACULTY, TOO. AS MY UNINVITED GUEST SEEMED TO SHY AWAY FROM ITS'S ATTENTIONS IN IT FOR IT, TOO. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, HOWEVER, THIS GRIM SPECTRE MATCHED MY EVERY STEP, TOO. ONE EVENING, DURING SOLITARY STUDIES IN STUDY-HALLWAY-ROOMS, I DECIDED TO CONFRONT THE BEING AND INTERRIOGATE IT, TOO. I ASKED IT IF IT COULD UNDERSTAND ME, AND, IT COULD DO IT, TOO. I ASKED IT WHAT IT WANTED FROM ME, AND, IT WANTED HELP FROM ME, AND, AN ESCAPE FROM HERE, AND, SO, I ASKED IT WANTS TO ESCAPE TO WHERE?! WHERE ARE YOU TRYING TO GO OFF TO?! AND, IT POINTED OUTSIDE THE WINDOW TO THE WOODS, TOO. AFTER FURTHER QUESTIONINGS, I WAS ABLE TO ASCERTAIN THAT MY NEW FRIEND, AND, WHOM I IMAGINATIVELY TITLED TO NAME IT, THE SHADOWMAN-2, WHO WAS UNABLE TO EXIST ANYWHERE ELSE WITHOUT SHADE, TOO. AS IT HAD POINTED OUT TO THE ENCHANTED WOODS OF ANGELASIA, WHICH LAY ACROSS A BRIDGE THT SPANNED OVER THE ANGEL WATERS-RIVERS, AND, AS I ASSUMED THAT THE WOODS WAS IT'S HOME, TOO. AS SHADOWMAN-2 HAD BEEN STUCK HERE FOR QUITE SOMETIME, TOO. UNFORTUNATELY, THE BRIDGE WAS LINED WITH POWERFUL LIGHTS THAT WOULD ELIMINATE ANY SHADOWS, TOO. AND, IT IS ALSO OF CONSIDERABLE LENGTHS, FROM IN BETWEEN THE WOODS AND NEXT TO THE SCHOOL ITSELF IN IT FOR IT, TOO. AS SHADOWMAN-2 WAS BARELY ABLE TO VENTURE OUTSIDE WITHOUT ME PROVIDING COVER UNDER THE FOOTS, TOO. AS I WALKED DOWN OUTSIDE THE BACKYARD-STAIRS, AND, COULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO STEP OFF THE GROUNDS, CAUSE IT WAS AGAINST THE RULES, TOO. AND, THE ANGEL RIVERS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RAVINE POSED AN IMPASSABLE OBSTACLE ON ITS'S OWN, TOO. THOUGH, SHADOWMAN-2 COULD NOT SAY WHY! AS I WAS FORBIDDEN FROM SETTING FOOT OFF OF ANY SCHOOL GROUNDS IN THE BACKYARDS OF THE SCHOOL, I COULD NOT WALK SHADOWMAN-2 TO THE ENCHANTED WOODS OF ANGELASIA WOODS BY MYSELF, YET, TOO. THERE WAS ONLY ONE SENSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS, TOO. AS I MUST CONSTRUCT A WALKING ROBOTIC DEVICE WHICH WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRANSIT-TRANSPORTATIONS ACROSS THE BRIDGE!

ANYWAY, AS TIME KEEPS ON PASSING BY, IT SOON BECAME CLEAR THAT I HADN'T THE FIRST IDEA ON HOW TO BUILD A ROBOT, YET, TOO. AND, SO, I HAD TO PREPARE FOR ARDUOUS STUDY IN THE FIELDS OF ROBOTICS, TOO. AS WELL AS TO DEVISE A WAY OF COLLECTING AND WORKING WITH RAW MATERIALS INTO USEABLE PARTS WITH WHICH TO CREATE MY LITTLE TIN-MAN FOR IT, TOO. THE LIBRARY SEEMED LIKE A GOOD PLACE TO START FOR IT, OR NOT, TOO. BUT, THEN, SOMETHING ELSE CAUGHT MY EYES, BESIDES THE LIBRARY, TOO. AS THE DOORS CREAKED OPENED INTO THE SPARE ROBOT-PARTS-ROOMS, LUCK WAS WITH ME, TOO. SNATCHING A NEARBY BOX OF SPARE PARTS FROM SPARE #11, AS I HASTENED BACK ON FOOT TO THE STUDY HALL-ROOM, TOO. AS I APPEARED TO HAVE EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY TASKS FOR IT, TOO. LUCKILY, PIECING THE CONTRAPTIONS TOGETHER WAS RELATIVELY EASY TO DO FOR IT, TOO. AND, BEFORE LONG, IT WAS COMPLETED FOR IT, TOO. HOWEVER, I WAS YET TO KNOW IF I COULD ACCOMPLISH ON WHAT I HAD IN MIND FOR IT, TOO. AND, WE SAID HELLO TO EACH OTHER AND GREETED EACH OTHER FIRST AFTER IT WAS TURNED ON, TOO. I SAID YOU'RE WELCOMED TO THE TALKING ROBOT FOR PUTTING HIM BACK TOGETHER, AND, TOLD IT THAT I WAS SORRY FOR NOT FINDING IT'S OTHER ARM FOR IT, YET, TOO. EVEN THOUGH, HE'S RIGHT, THERE'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT IT FOR IT, FOR I DID A GOOD JOB FOR IT, TOO. TOGETHER THE THREE OF US RETURNED TO THE BRIDGE, BUT, SADLY, I HAD TO TELL SHADOWMAN-2 TO STAY INSIDE FOR A MOMENT, CAUSE IT WAS STILL LIGHT OUTSIDE FOR IT, TOO. AS I TOLD ROBOT THAT HE HAD A JOB TO DO FOR SHADOWMAN-2, I WANTED HIM TO WALK ACROSS THE BRIDGE AND TAKE MY NEW FRIEND BACK TO HOME WITHIN THE WOODS, TOO. AND, HE WAS OKAY TO DO IT FOR IT, TOO. IT WAS A LONG WAY FOR THEM, WHAT IF THEY FALL DOWN FOR IT, I ASKED HIM, TOO. AND, WELL, WE NEVER KNOW UNLESS WE TRY IT FOR IT, TOO. INDEED FOR IT, TOO. TONIGHT, THEN, BEFORE MY EVENING CLASSES ARE UP AND DONE FOR IT, THE ROBOT AND SHADOWMAN-2 WILL MAKE THEIR JOURNEYS ACROSS THE BRIDGES FOR IT, TOO. ONCE DARKNESS FELL DOWN, SHADOWMAN-2 AND ROBOT AND I GOT READY TO STEP FOOT NEAR OF THE BRIDGE FOR IT, TOO. ROBOT-1 WONDERED IF HE NEEDED TO COME BACK, AND, I TOLD HIM, ONLY IF HE WANTED TO DO IT FOR IT, TOO. OKAY THEN, I TOLD SHADOWMAN-2 CAN FINALLY GO HOME, NOW, AND, I HOPE THAT THEIR JOURNEY FINDS THEM TO BE SWELL FOR IT, TOO. AS WE SAID OUR GOODBYES AND, I HEADED ON BACK UP THE STAIRS, AND, I DIDN'T TRIP OFF OF IT, AND, THAT WOULD'VE BEEN A CLOSE ONE FOR IT, TOO. AND, ROBOT-1 RETURNED THE LITTLE SHADOWMAN-2-GUY BACK TO HOME, AND, THEY WERE GLAD TO SEE HIM COME BACK HOME, AND, ROBOT-1 DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ANEW ARM WITHIN THE WOODS, TOO.

AS FOR ME, I WENT BACK INSIDE, HOPING THAT THEY MADE IT BACK OVER AND ACROSS OVER THE BRIDGE FOR IT, TOO. AS ONE STUDY-HALL-TEACHER-SKINNY-THIN-SNOB-MAN WONDERED ON WHAT I WAS DOING OUT HERE, AND, I TOLD HIM THAT I GOT LOST OUT HERE, AND, I WENT BACK TO MY CLASSES AT SCHOOL IN THERE FOR IT, TOO. LIKE MOST SCHOOLS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOMS, THE STUDENTS AT WOLFE ACADEMY ARE DIVIDED INTO FIVE HOMES, AND, IN QUEENLETTE, THORNYHILLE, AND, CHESTERVILLE, AND, FOLIAREHILLE HOMES, EACH YEARS OF EVERY HOME HAS A NORTH AND SOUTH CLASS, THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE EIGHT CLASSES IN EACH YEARS OF IT FOR IT, TOO. I AM IN THE FIRST YEAR OF QUEENLETTE-HOME, FROM OF WITHIN THE NORTH BEDROOMS AND OFFICE ROOMS, SO, MY CLASSROOMS WOULD BE NUMBER 10QN FOR IT, TOO.
