Chapter 1: Midnight Intruder.
At approximately 8:00 o'clock at night, in the tranquil, tree-lined, gated community of Ironton, Marilyn Boggs found herself seated on the living room couch. She was engaged in watching a TV program on the television set located in the Entertainment Center. Meanwhile, her husband Mark Boggs and their five Boggs children, including their eldest son Keith, age 18, and their youngest daughter Ella, age 6, as well as their sons Tyler, 8, Lucas, 10, and Laura, 10, were away for the evening. Marilyn, aged 45, measured 5 feet 7 inches in height, possessed shoulder-length blonde hair, and azure-blue eyes. Her marriage to Mark had lasted 43 years. She had no idea that a registered sex offender, Dwayne Leroy Miller, was operating a dark blue Toyota Corolla along the road. At the Boggs residence, Dwayne halted, having turned 49, and measuring 6'7 with dark brown hair and emerald green eyes. He was granted parole from state prison following his conviction for kidnapping and sexually assaulting women. and had been holding them hostage too, He gazed at the Boggs residence, where he spotted Marilyn. His gaze shifted to her captivating physique. He made up his mind to abduct, imprison, and sexually violate her. Wearing a black ski mask and gloves, he procured a syringe and a small bottle of Valium. He stowed these items in his coat pocket. He subsequently opened the driver's side door of a dark blue Toyota Corolla and started moving towards the house.
Marilyn remained engrossed in her TV show on the television screen. Yet her increasing thirst compelled her to leave the couch and head to the kitchen, clad in underwear and a satin silk nightgown. Unaware that Dwayne Boggs was ascending the basement stairs, making her way to the kitchen sink, she went. Upon opening the basement door, Marilyn Boggs was there. His gaze was drawn to the graceful lines of her body. Marilyn was taken aback as he crept up behind her, then seized her, silencing her with his hand, Dwayne retrieved a syringe and a vial of Valium. Instantly, Marilyn's eyes widened, and she began to whimper. Dwayne prepared a syringe with Valium from the bottle, then he moistened a cloth with alcohol and applied it to Marilyn's arm. After injecting the syringe into her arm, Marilyn let out a series of screams before losing consciousness.
Dwayne placed Marilyn's limp body on the couch and retrieved some gray duct tape. He began wrapping Marilyn's wrists and ankles with duct tape, then picked her up and carried her out of the house towards his dark blue Toyota Corolla. He approached the car's back door on the driver's side and unlocked it. Placed Marilyn's body in the backseat of the car with great care.
"Ok, in you go, that's a good girl", Dwayne said softly as he slowly moved his hand. on Marilyn's back softly.
Dwayne Miller took his place behind the wheel and departed. about an hour later Mark and the children returned home, they were surprised that Marilyn was gone,
