"If that was a welcome I’d rather stay outside thank you. Good grief I’ve been raked over the coals emotionally with this one. Strong characters that are fully fleshed out and very easy to emotionally engage with. The sorrow and horror at the end were heart wrenching. I’ve literally cried but at the same time I have hope. I won’t give away spoilers but that queen……..yeah her and her son need a permanent vacation. Mkay?"

Caught my interest in no time!

"Definitely caught my attention in no time! My ONLY complaint is its hard to distinguish an era of time and location. Some times I feel it has a viking/game of thrones vibe to it. A world of its own and it would be better if this world had a name. With that it would definitely be a 5 star across the board!!"

"Let me say I enjoyed this work but found it hard going as I progressed through the chapters! Some of the characters I confused with each other so possibly too many characters to take in. The names seemed very contrived and didn't give a setting or even a sense of what era we were reading. Some of the wording stilted the flow of the story. Let me reiterate I enjoyed the story and I feel with some editing it will be even better."
