Ginger Cutey Virus
"This story was so cute it had it's funny moments, it's sad moments, it's silly moments and it's serious moments when Rudy lost her sister I cried when Ruby and Travis accidentally swapped bodies I laughed when it spoke about Emma losing her family especially her sister it broke my heart they silly moments when Travis and Ruby shared their first kiss when they were younger I loved it, I hope everyone takes the time to read this funny book!"
Absolutely loved it
"This book reminds me of a childhood show, something that’s so small and cute but it’s underestimated, it’s more dangerous than anything you’d have ever expected. Found a few punctuational errors but it wasn’t too bad. The plot is absolutely amazing. The fact that a magical creature can talk and the images really helped make the scenes work out in my head since it’s hard for me to imagine things. Beware the Virus!
"I finally had the time to read your story, and wow, what a read! 😁 When a mysterious virus, the Cutey Virus, begins small, but then plagues the entire city, Ruby and her best friend, Travis, must find a way to stop it. 'Ginger: Cutey Virus,' is a mix of humor and drama which captivates the reader and hooks them until the end. I have to give it to you, the plot is pretty good! Loved the small twists throughout the story. I did not expect (SPOILER) Travis to be Ginger or the ending twist revealing who the REAL creator of the virus was. Poor Eva, she was the first victim 😭. I also liked that you provided the reader with images so picturing the characters could be easier. Speaking of characters, if I may ask, how did you create the character images? This is kind of out of topic and it's more of me being curious LOL! Now, there were certain places where the story could use revising and editing to make the reading experience better. The grammar for one, can be well used for the most part, yet there are areas where it lacks, either incorrect punctuation or small mistakes like forgetting to capitalize words. This may just be me, but I'd like to have been given more detail/descriptions. While reading, at times I felt the story would jump to different parts to be conventional: we were introduced to the fairies and superheroes abruptly. Maybe having established and set the scene in the earlier chapters could've helped. Also, I'm not sure if I didn't read carefully, but why did Ruby and Travis switch bodies towards the end of the book? Another example of not enough context was the virus itself. How did the author of the Cutey Virus book publish the book so fast if it was a fairly new virus? I'm aware the virus is developed throughout the book, but I felt it took too long for the reader to truly find out after Eva's death. While the writing style seems to fit the story's purpose, I would suggest showing more instead of telling. For example, I noticed that Travis apologizes a lot (and I like that because he cares about what he does and wants Ruby to be happy 🥲). Instead of actively saying, 'sorry,' maybe you could write something along the lines; "He whispered an apology" (not the best example but you may know what I mean). In conclusion, 'Ginger: Cutey Virus' is a well-designed story. With a few tweaks here and there, this story has the potential to be the greatest it can be! It is already amazing and gripping as we, the reader, dive into the story of Ruby and Travis, venturing on their unusual adventures! Great job with the story! 😄 P.S. It says I only read a few chapter when I read the whole thing 🥲."
