Summary

Fleeing the cruel hands of her past, Josie Lockwood arrives in a remote town, hoping for solitude and a chance to heal. But the town offers anything but peace. Haunted by chilling howls that echo through the woods at night and the unexplained disappearance of women every full moon, Josie quickly realizes she’s traded one nightmare for another. Battling trust issues and the scars left by her father, Josie’s guard is up, until she meets Nikolaev, a mysterious stranger whose very presence unsettles her. As they grow closer, Josie begins to uncover not just the secrets of the town, but her own hidden strength. Nikolaev is harboring his own secrets, and together they become an unlikely duo, drawn into a web of danger, survival, and Love? With the full moon approaching, tensions rise, and danger lurks around every corner. As women vanish and the howls grow louder, Josie must decide: will she run from the monsters of this town, or stay and fight alongside Nikolaev.

Obsidian: He's hilarious. Like, actually. I loved it. You're writing style is great, although you could do with a few less murmurs and mutters. I know it sounds critical, but I have the same problem and I hate it. Overall, it was one of the best stories I've read on here so far. I liked it better than those M...
