There wasn’t a time of when the ten kingdoms of Veloria have’t been at war. The ruling kingdom was under the brutal reign of king Solomon Dain. King Solomon hated his only daughter, Esper. Her mother died giving birth to her after countless times of trying to give the king a male heir. Esper's only source of happiness in her life was a knight-Ceron, who cared for her and treated her with care. When her father sells her off to the mysterious Arius Tressilian, Esper fears her demise as Ceron fights to get her from Arius. Will she fall back into the arms of Ceron who carries just as many secrets as Arius? Or will Arius keep her by his side as he plans to overthrow her father?
