The Birth of G-Force
Mark received the worst news a son could ever receive. The death of his last remaining parent, his father had just been confirmed.
Marks father unbeknown to him was the great Cronos leader and defender of Odin the sister planet to Earth. Enemy of Earth an all earthlings the evil planet of Spectra lead by Zoltar a viscous and clever villain finally took out the last great champion for defending all of Earths alliance planets. The roulettes lead by Cronos, Marks father had been keeping Spectra forces from invading Earth and overtaking all of alliance planets.
A young scientist named Andersen became the Chief administrator of a defence laboratory called Center Neptune hidden deep under the ocean underneath an island. This laboratory became a base of operations for the now newly formed G-FORCE team of space astronauts who would defend Earth and her allies against Spectra. Chief Andersen as he was called invented a bracelet that could enhance human’s abilities using Cerebonics. He also helped design a robot called 7- Zark-7 to control all the functions of Earths defence. 7-Zark-7 was the creator of the Phoenix, a powerful spaceship that could transform itself into a fiery phoenix bird that could penetrate through any material and withstand any weapons attack known to man.
Andersen had been training four members of the G-Force team with his new technology and fighting skills. Tiny was a large man who was a brilliant pilot and able to fly anything with wings.
Keyop was a newly designed humanoid first designed to be all the members of G-Force, but his speech impediment and slow thought process caused the abandonment of that particular project.
Jason was a famous race car driver who left professional racing after a horrific crash that claimed two other drivers lives and almost his own. Jason could drive anything, and his reflexes were amazing.
Princess as she was known was an intelligent, beautiful woman who could ride any bike at any speed. Princes was being considered for leadership of the G-Force team. But Chief Andersen had to meet one more candidate for the G-Force team. Cronos had been a close friend of Chief Andersen’s and had also been testing technology out for Andersen to utilize for G-Force.
Mark was already a great pilot and leader in the Odin defence forces. Following in his father's footsteps Mark joined the Odin defence forces at a young age and attained many of the skills required by the G-Force team. Mark was intelligent, levelheaded strong and brave. Andersen thought Mark would be the perfect leader for G-Force. Andersen had also promised Cronos that he would take care of his son in the event of his death. G-Force was the answer for both, his promise to his friend and Earth’s defence.
But first Mark had to get passed his first hurdle, meeting his team. Chief Andersen introduced Mark to the rest of his team at Center Neptune in the recreation room of the accommodation floor allocated to the G-Force team. When Mark entered the room with Chief Andersen he noticed two people playing musical instruments, a young boy playing drums and a pretty girl in her twenties playing the guitar. The boy was apparently a humanoid cyborg created for G-Force. Apart from his goofy voice and speech he appeared completely human in every way, his name was Keyop. Keyop’s abilities included underwater rescue and diving for long periods of time with little oxygen.
The girl or woman really was called Princess, even though she had no real royal title or background. She like everyone else here was also an orphan and excelled in explosives, motorcycling and aerobatics. Mark liked her straight away and not just because of her looks.
Not far away from Keyop and Princess was Tiny, a larger man stuffing his face with hamburgers that he ate in one bite. Apparently like Mark he was an excellent pilot and fighter.
The last member of the team was Jason, a man the same age as Mark who used to be a famous racing car driver. Jason had excellent marksmanship, fighting and driving skills. When Mark and Jason shook hands the first words out of Jason’s mouth were “so you’re the guy that took my leadership position, hope they are right”. Before mark could speak up, Chief Andersen interrupted, “Mark was always going to be offered the leadership position Jason, and he is exactly what this team needs. I hope as his number two, you give him all the support and respect he deserves”. Jason looked Chief Andersen straight in the eye, “I’ll do my part Chief”. Mark offered his hand to Jason and said “good enough for me Jason”. The men shook hands and all three men relaxed a little.
“The G-Force team is now complete; tomorrow I will introduce you all to your vehicles, spacecraft and uniforms. Meet me in the briefing room at 0900 hours tomorrow morning”. With that Chief Andersen left the room.
“Care for a little table tennis boss? Jason asked Mark who smiled back, “why not”. Everyone went back to doing what they were doing as Mark and Jason started sizing each other up while playing table tennis.
