"Wow, what a ride indeed. This story keep me captived with each chapter. Madeline and Luca went through so much, I could feel her pain through her darkest times, feel his anger and loneliness, yet when with each other the love they have, phew ❤️ Her strength, courage, resilience to overcome everything, just amazing writing in that. Had me in tears in many places. Thank you for an amazing read This is definitely in my top 5 forever. "

The Perfect Journey
"This book was a study of character growth. We have seen everyone grow and change. Although I wish Luca had been punished more for his abuse, I can also see how he was changed by that abuse. Since I like dark twists, I would have loved Luca to die and see how his Luce would find the light after, but I must admit their peaceful lives were so good to read! But, more importantly, taking the time to write such an intricate story without losing the thread of characters and events was a feat. Thank you! "
