Summary

"Vidya's POV: I couldn't believe what this girl had done in her past. How could she love someone as arrogant as him? I thought to myself, "This is the biggest mistake I've made in my life, and I regret it now." You had married me only to make your dad happy because of his health issues, but little did he know that I had ulterior motives too. I had someone else in my life, and you thought I one who had killed your younger brother. "You have two reasons to marry me," I said, my voice laced with venom. "First, your dad's health, and second, to take revenge." Before leaving this house, I vowed to make their lives miserable. "You and Ria will suffer for the rest of your lives, just like you made Aaradhya's mother suffer. You people tortured her to death, using Aaradhya's innocence." If I hadn't read Aaradhya's diary, I wouldn't have known the truth about this family. "Aaradhya, I promise you, my soul in your body, I will make them regret it," I whispered. Aaru , don't ever think of leaving me, understand? I made a mistake, and I'm sorry for that. Never try to leave me again; I won't leave you." Anagha voice echoed from outside the room, "You're right; I married to take revenge, but seriously, I never loved you." Anagha walked out, leaving me stunned.

Chapter 1

Last day 😔

Coimbatore

3:30 AM

Vidhya's body was covered in injuries and bruises, and an oxygen mask was strapped to her face. The doctor fought to stabilize her fading pulse. As Vidhya's memories flashed before her eyes, she recalled her tumultuous childhood.

At a young age, her parents' divorce forced her to split between two households. She initially lived with her mother and brother, but when her mother remarried, Vidhya was relegated to her father's care. However, she felt utterly neglected, receiving no love or affection from her mother.

The only comforting presence in her life was her grandfather, who offered emotional support. Unfortunately, her sister Harika's actions compounded Vidhya's pain; Harika took away Vidhya's boyfriend and even manipulated their mother against her.

In the end, Vidhya's mother abandoned her, choosing to start anew with a different family, leaving Vidhya with only her grandfather for solace.

In her final seven minutes, Vidhya found fleeting happiness surrounded by her beloved grandfather. As tears streamed down her face, she felt an overwhelming sense of peace.

With Grandpa's gentle hands holding hers, Vidhya's thoughts drifted to the memories they shared – laughter, stories, and unconditional love. His presence was her solace, her rock.

As the clock ticked away, Vidhya's eyes locked onto Grandpa's, conveying a silent message of gratitude and love. A lone tear escaped, rolling down her cheek, and Grandpa's eyes welled up in response.

With a gentle squeeze of her hand, Grandpa whispered, "I love you, Vidhya." Her lips curled into a faint smile, and her chest rose with a shallow breath.

Then, in an instant, Vidhya's body relaxed, her soul escaping the fragile vessel that had held it for so long. Grandpa's tears fell onto her hand, mourning the loss of his dear granddaughter.

The machines surrounding her flatlined, signaling the end of Vidhya's journey. Yet, in those last seven minutes, she had found serenity, wrapped in Grandpa's love.

Here's a rewritten version with a more polished narrative:

Vidhya's life was a poignant tale of unfulfilled longing. She yearned for the unwavering support, love, and affection that only parents can provide. But fate had other plans.
