I am new to Inkitt after gaining experience on Wattpad. My debut novel: Charted Territory and its sequel: Knee Deep were highly successful/beloved by my readers. Since then, I have begun a new series: The Submissive Wives Estate. I am excited to cross-post to Inkitt this time around. Updates on Wattpad will be faster due to my dedicated reader base there.
This is a mature story. My books would be considered Contemporary BDSM, Dark Romance + Modern Domestic Discipline Romance.
Content warnings include: adult/erotic themes, spankings, smut, discipline, imperfect Alpha MMCs, and submissive yet strong heroines. While my male leads are often enigmatic, dirty-talking, overprotective, controlling, and domineering, I still prefer elegance, swoon, softness, and female empowerment amidst the angst. None of my work would be considered pure dark romance nor will it be innocent and clean or without questionable twists.
There will be plot points that readers may find objectionable (including myself as a feminist to my core). However, I would love it if you cozied up and suspended your disbelief with my characters for now. If kink/centering on power exchanges is not your cup of tea, drink from other cups.
Fiction gives us an open door to live in places we may or may not want to visit again. Or we can at least say we are glad we only lived it through a book.
