I wasn’t ready for it to end
"The title sums up how I feel. I wasn’t ready for this book to end. This book felt dirty and hot and seductive. I am not extremely experienced in BDSM but I am interested in it so I have read a number of books where I have learned a little here and there about various aspects of the BDSM culture. One aspect I have struggled with understanding is what men are referred to as by their submissive. This book helped me understand that aspect better as well as helped me with a better understanding of different roles that people have in BDSM. That being said, I can’t remember if there was a trigger warning at the beginning of this book or not, but because of the age of the female lead and the way in which the 3 men seek her out. I think it could use a trigger warning for young women being groomed. It definitely walks a very fine line in a grey area in that aspect. It was one of those storylines that made me question if it was appropriate that this was turning me on or not and what that meant about myself psychologically speaking. I am eager to read more but I am hoping that maybe in the coming books we might find out more about the psychology behind what it is that caused this female lead to respond and react to these three men the way she has. It seems like there is no way her childhood and family relationships (specifically the relationship with her dad) was a picture perfect as it first seems… but maybe I am wrong… idk. Like I said I wasn’t ready for this book to end, so I am eager to read the next books in this series, even though I think it didn’t need to be broken up as series book. I am eager to read more. "
