About love
The unimaginable has been written about love, I will only share an honest definition from my reflections and experiences.
Love would be the way we accept our ‘unwanted’ existence in this world.
What? Unwanted?
We’re here, aren’t we?
Obvious!
Take a deep breath and join me in this observation: Isn’t our capacity to love related to our attitude? For example, when we feel generous, optimistic, or cheerful, it clearly becomes easier to project your self-love toward your surroundings and love toward your loved ones. At the other extreme, we can say that we lack love because we are anxious, fearful, insecure about the life we lead and our family and social environment.
In short, Loving has an unequivocal relationship with our very existence, with how we feel about the life we lead, with how we understand it, with how we accept it, with our worldview... When we love like this, we flow naturally.
Understood in this way, Loving is no longer an end, but a means, a way of being that you feel when you flow doing the sport or activity that you are so passionate about, and it looks like when you appreciate a professional dance show performed by a couple, you can appreciate a connection and harmony... Several hundred kilometers away!
The vast majority of us fluctuate between both extremes of Love, in general, when we are in good spirits or vibrating high, we tend to be optimistic, happy, funny, that is, loving. However, when we are vibrating low or in a bad mood, we tend to be pessimistic, bored, sad, that is, indifferent.
From this phenomenon I can conclude that we can face our unwanted existence with love, but it requires a conscious awakening... What?
Have we already started with spiritual discourses?
Come, take a deep breath again, I invite you to pay attention within yourself – as you exhale and read these lines – despite the fact that life can be hard or even cruel, there is a vital energy within you (in the field of religion we can call it God) running through your entire being, from head to toe, which if you recognize and embrace it – as if we hugged each other as children – can motivate you to love yourself properly and develop your self-esteem.
‘If you want to love, first love yourself.’
